Great apartment with all the amenities

Great layout, very comfortable. All the amenities.

It is advertised as "close to the lake" but it is a 20 min walk. Not too bad, but still. Also it is on the 4th floor without a lift, so take care if you have difficulties climbing stairs.

Super place, great host!

The host was extremely nice and helpful! The toiletries were missing, so after I messaged him, he brought them to us immediately! We even got a present to comfort us for that tiny problem. Also he helped us park our baby pram in a special locker room. Thanks a lot, it was a great stay!

The accommodation was of a very high standard and although not central it was very close it was 15 minutes walk to the centre or a 5 minute bus ride. The owner was most helpful and friendly

Perfect place for any length of visit in this area.

My family and myself have been to Austria several times the last few years to visit family. We have used different accommodations and they were all very good, however this is our new favorite. The space itself is very nice, clean and very well equipped with everything you need for any length of stay. In fact, it's about as well equipped as somebodies' home might be with Iron, Ironing board, washmachine, dishwasher, microwave and more besides the typical expected amenities, such as TV, coffee machine, etc. Communication with the owner was immediate, nice and forthcoming. Although a quiet, nice neighborhood and close to both Lake Constance and the inner city of Bregenz, all the stores you might need are right next to the house, such as a large grocery store (Interspar) and many others, all in very short walking distance. So, we will definitely look to book there first for our next visit. Markus Branz

Wir haben das Beste aus dem Aufenthalt gemacht, empfehlen kann ich die Unterkunft und insbesondere den Vermieteter nicht

Ausstattung war grundsätzlich ok.

Es wurden falsche Angaben gemacht, es wird damit geworben das ein Parkplatz je Appartement direkt an der Unterkunft zur Verfügung steht, dies ist nicht der Fall, die Parkplätze waren ständig belegt, man musste öffentlich Parken was in dem Viertel eine Herausforderung und kostenpflichtig ist (Anwohner Parken). Angeblich gibt es laut Anzeige eine Klimaanlage, das ist nicht der Fall, es gibt ein Klimagerät das man erst umständlich installieren muss, das extrem laut ist und das man nicht alleine lassen kann. Nachts und Abends war es teilweise sehrt laut im Treppenhaus, anscheinend befindet sich im Erdgeschoss ein „Erotik Salon“ . Leider hat der Vermieter, nachdem wir ihn auf den Missstand mit der falschen Darstellung der Park und Klimasituation hingewiesen und um vorzeitige Beendigung der Vertrags gebeten hatten, nicht mehr geantwortet, einfach ghosten wenn man mit Problemen konfrontiert wird ist schlicht unverschämt.

Würde die Unterkunft sicherlich noch einmal buchen

Das Loft ist gemütlich eingerichtet und wir hatten zu viert genügend Platz, da es recht groß und geräumig ist.

Das Apartment liegt im 4. Obergeschoss, es gibt keinen Lift (die letzte Treppe ist sehr steil) und es gab eine Rolle Klopapier für 4 Personen für 3 Tage. Zudem wurde der Müll von den vorherigen Gästen nicht entsorgt.

pas de savon (ni dans la cuisine ni dans la salle de bain), pas de gel douche dans la douche, pas d'éponge dans la cuisine pour laver la vaisselle, une bouteille avec un reste de liquide vaisselle vraisemblablement dilué avec de l'eau, pas de café... 6ème étage sans ascenseur

Die Wohnung war bei Ankunft leider nicht vollständig sauber. Eine Pflanze im Topf war umgekippt, und der Couchtisch wies noch sichtbare Abdrücke vom vorherigen Aufenthalt auf. Zudem handelt es sich um eine Loftwohnung direkt unter dem Dach. Bei unserer Ankunft herrschten dort gefühlt 40 Grad – es machte den Eindruck, als sei die Wohnung längere Zeit nicht gelüftet worden. Die Luft war entsprechend abgestanden.

Loft in Bregenz

Das Loft ist ansprechend eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts für den Alltag. Waschmaschine, Fön, Geschirrspüler, alles da. Es gibt überall Rollos für die Fenster. Die Hängematte ist ein tolles Extra. Ganz in der Nähe gibt es einen Interspar und Hofer für Einkäufe (zu Fuß erreichbar). Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder buchen!

Das Loft ist im 5. Stock, es gibt keinen Aufzug. Die Parkplätze sind etwas klein, man braucht Geduld um ein- und ausparken zu können. Es ist ziemlich hellhörig. Man hört alles was oben bzw. unten gesprochen wird.
