ARI's Domizil – Attic Tiny House – Vacation Rental 2

Since July, the vacation rental "ARI's Domizil near Lake Constance and Bregenz City – FEWO 1" has gained an addition. The house's second floor was renovated and fitted with a dormer window and a balcony to create a small vacation apartment. This compact unit—which we like to call our "attic tiny house"—comfortably accommodates two adults but can also sleep four, thanks to two convertible armchairs in the living area. The compact bathroom (featuring a shower, toilet, and sink) is small but impressive!

You will be staying in a newly renovated apartment where all furniture and appliances are brand new.

You have access to the entire second floor (reached via the private staircase connecting the first and second floors). This includes the balcony and access to the laundry room (equipped with a washing machine and dryer), which also leads out to the garden via the back exit.

The city of Bregenz charges a nightly visitor's tax for adults; children under 14 are exempt. For 2026, the rate is €4.00 per night in winter (Nov 1 – Apr 30) and €5.00 per night in summer (May 1 – Oct 31). The visitor's tax can be paid on-site at the apartment.
