Convenient but felt a bit stingy

The apartment itself was quite comfortable and clean, with easy self check-in and excellent parking. However, we were given a different apartment from the one in the booking photos, and the instructions seemed generic or meant for another place (details about the windows and garbage didn’t match). For three people over three days, there was only half a roll of toilet paper — not exactly what you want to shop for on a road trip. Overall, it felt like they were cutting corners. For this price, even a small starter pack of tea, coffee, and oil — as in most similar apartments — would’ve been a nice touch and left a better impression.

Very nice place.

Plenty of kitchen utensils, if you want to make some food you can do it. Salt and peper included. Clean. Nice big table suitable for board games. Roof windows.

The only thing i can complain a little are beds. Not terrible but not great either.

Gute Lage für Unternehmungen und Einkauf, morgens gegen 7 Uhr durch Firmengeräusche geweckt.

Nahe zum Bahnhof Riedenburg, nahe zum Interspar, nahe zum Naturschutzgebiet und Bodensee, insgesamt ruhige Lage außer der Firma früh morgens beginnend im Erdgeschoss. Entfernung zum Bregenzer Zentrum okay.

Direkt unter der Wohnung ist eine Firma, die gegen 7 Uhr morgens mit viel Geräuschen und Rumpeln angefangen hat ihre Autos zu beladen. Danach war zwar Ruhe, aber das ist für einen Urlaub ungünstig, wenn man so früh geweckt wird. Das Sofa ist sehr klein. Im TV gab es keine öffentlichen Sender.

Tolle Wohnung. Wir buchen erneut beim nächsten Bodensee-Besuch.

Es war eine Überraschung, eine so schöne Wohnung vorzufinden. Es war alles vorhanden. Gute Betten, gute Matratzen. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Eine Mikrowelle wäre noch zu ergänzen.

Die Fliesen im Bad und über dem Herd könnten auch mal geputzt werden..... Fliegengitter an den Fenstern wären vorteilhaft. Nicht nur gegen Fliegen, sondern auch gegen Spinnen.

In der ganzen Wohnung kein Spiegel. Für 6 Betten nur 3 Nachtkästchen und 3 kleine Lampen. Unter dem Leintuch eine Plastikeinlage. Man schwitzt schrecklich. Dachfenster zum Teil nicht zu öffnen. 6 Betten - 6 Handtücher und 6 Duschtücher und NUR 2 Haken im Badezimmer. "Kästen" wackeln schrecklich. Sonstige Möbelausstattung in den Schlafzimmern ein Scherz.

Чистое белье и полотенца. Хорошего качества кухня и современная бытовая техника на ней. Всё работало. Фотографии квартиры соответствовали реальной квартире.

Квартира была грязной. Пятна в полках, в холодильнике. Грязная кофемашина и чайник. Подоконники с паутиной и мёртвыми мухами. Пыль везде, на полу можно было и волосы найти. При наличии пергаметна для духовки , не было жидкого мыла. Интернет практически регулярно не работал, из за отсутствия сигнала. По отзывам, это тихое место, по факту, в доме находится фирма, которые с 6.30 уже работают так, что спать не возможно.(

Wifi nélkül, hűvös időben jó

Jól elfértünk a 3 ágyas, első emeleti lakásban. A szép, modern konyha jól fel van szerelve: vízforraló, kávéfőző, sütő, nagy hűtő mélyhűtővel, mosogatógép mosószerrel, bár mikró nincs. Elég a tányérok, evőeszközök, poharak mennyisége. A fürdőszoba is tágas, a széles ablakpárkányon elfértek a neszesszerek is. Az ágyak, ágynemű megfelelőek. A szállásadó mindig elég gyorsan válaszolt. Közel van az Ach folyó, a Hofer kb. 1 km. A városba gyalog 30-40 perc az út.

A fő problémánk a gyenge wifi volt, ami hol működött, hol egyáltalán nem. Szóltunk, hogy valószínűleg rossz a repeater, mert a 2. emeleten akár filmeket is letölthettünk, annyira erős volt a jel, de a szállásadónk mérése szerint nem volt baj nálunk se. A másik gond a szellőztetés volt. Ottlétünkkor rossz idő volt, így kibírtuk légkondi nélkül, de minden ablaknyitáskor darazsak, szúnyogok és más rovarok jöttek be, ugyanis nincs ah ablakokon szúnyogháló. Nyári melegben szörnyű lehet ha egész nap odasüt a nap. Az ablakok és az asztal lábazata piszkos volt, az egyik ágy recsegett. A nappaliban kicsi a kanapé, a székek kényelmetlenek.

1 WC in einem Badezimmer.. da kommt es bei 6 Personen zu Engpässen. Es gibt in der ganzen Wohnung nur einen Spiegel im Badezimmer... Kein einziges Bild an der Wand.. daher etwas kahl und kühl...

Die Wohnung hat eine super Lage; Supermarkt, Imbiss, Pizzeria, Bus, S-Bahn-alles in der Nähe. Schönes Badezimmer mit Tageslicht. Außenrollos in allen Zimmern. Tolle Ausstattung mit Spülmaschine und allem drum und dran.

Die Wohnung heizt sich bei Sonne außergewöhnlich stark auf; rundherum kein Grün, ausschließlich Asphalt und Ziegeldächer. Nichts für Langschläfer; Handwerkstransporter werden teils früh beladen. Auch Monteursunterkunft- keine Stille erwarten. Undurchschaubare Mülltrennung.
