Location is very good. Walking distance from lake and centrum. Property was also easy to find.
Kitchen lacked a lot of equipments. No microwave and very little equipment to cook. Balcony door lacked a lock and no chairs or table in the balcony.

Gute Lage in Bregenz.
Die Altbauwohnung ist unrenoviert. Sehr hellhörig zur stark befahrenen Straße sowie den Wohnungen darüber. Lautes Trampeln , knarzen der Böden. Spannbettlaken mit Löchern. Die Küche schön jedoch unzureichend ausgestattet. Der Erdgeschosswohnung fehlt ein Aussenbereich zum Sitzen. Der vorhandene Grillplatz im Garten mit zerschlissenen Stühlen ist unansehnlich.
