Would come again with a smaller group so no one needs to sleep in the living room.

Beautiful Place and great location, easy check in and out.

The heating in the living was not enough for winter time. We would’ve brought extra blankets if we knew that because then it would’ve been an issue. So it would’ve been good to know in advance. And first night there was no heating at all. But got fixed then.

A huge apartment in a lakeside villa on the shore of Bodensee offers a truly authentic experience of times gone by. The space is exceptionally large and full of character—something you don’t come across often. The original wooden floors creak pleasantly with every step, the rooms feel generous and airy, and the lake views from the windows are beautiful. The coffee machine with complimentary capsules was a nice bonus, and parking is conveniently available in the yard behind the building.

The only minor issue was that the old wooden bedroom balcony door wouldn’t fully close, but since it was warm at the end of summer, it wasn’t a big problem.

Great location and lovely spacious apartments. Beds were very comfortable. Information on the area was amazing and hosts were very informative.

There were no basic facilities provided, such as shampoo, soap, paper towels, or even a bottle of cold water in the refrigerator. The Lakeview apartment had no freezer and there were no washing machine pods in either location. The apartment also felt a bit barren with the bare minimum furniture and decoration provided so don’t feel it measures up to the rate being charged.

The views of the bodonsee were absolutely amazing and the location was perfect for what we needed. A short walk to restaurants, the marina, and the gondola.

The age of the property is evident. The basics are provided but that is it. Unfortunately, you can't step anywhere without floors creaking and waking up others. The showers leave a lot to be desired.

Very nice place… clean and very good location. The building is historical and has a very nice character. One small thing that the flat needs some curtains and the heating system should be better … otherwise I recommend this apartment strongly.

Disappointing

Spacious and clean.

We booked the property (much more expensive than other options) as it was an apartment boasting a full kitchen and three beds. In fact the kitchen had so few utensils that it was very hard to cook for a family of four (no lids for the pans, small pans, no mixing bowl etc ), the hob didn't work and there was no info available to troubleshoot. The third bed ( a sofa bed) had no bedding. No dishwasher tablets or washing up liquid, cloths etc were available and there was a dishwasher full of dirty dishes from the previous guests. Attempts to contact the host at the time were not responded to, a belated offer of a discount of a future booking was made, but is of little use as we live in Australia and do not regularly visit Bregenz. I requested they consider a partial refund as the facilities were not usable as advertised and they simply haven't responded to that. The blind fell off the bedroom window and could not be reattached. To call it a lake view apartment is a bit much given the main view is off the entrance to an underground carpark, the main road and rail tracks directly in front of the building. All in all the place felt like some one trying to run an airbnb on a shoe string and not prepared to put in the money and effort to actually deliver on their promises.

Das Bett war herrlich bequem, das Knarren der Dielen. Die Lage direkt am See. Parkplätze am Haus. Super für viele Gäste. Mit individuellem Charme.

Die "Villa" bräuchte einen neuen Anstrich. Im Winter ist es im Altbau mit nur an der Hälfte von funktionierenden Heizungen zu kalt. Warum Steckdosen teilweise verschlossen sind entzieht sich meiner Kenntnis und war unpraktisch.. Für 2 Personen eigentlich zu groß und nicht gemütlich genug.

Sehr gute Lage, aber Verbesserungswürdig

Da es zu dieser Zeit Minusgrade hatte, es war wirklich fein warm geheizt. Gutes Bett, viel Platz. Die Lage ist toll.

Beim Eingang wäre ein Schmutzläufer gut, weil man bei nassen Wetter unweigerlich den Fließenboden verschmutzt und nass hat. Der Spiegel im Bad hängt so niedrig, das er nur für Kleinwüchsige passt. Über denselbigen hängen irgendwelche Kabeln heraus u.die Beleuchtung im Bad ist grottenschlecht. Wenn ich 6 Nächte buche, wäre ein 2. Badetuch und ein 2. Handtuch eigentlich selbstverständlich gewesen. Im Bad gibt es keinen einzigen Haken um ein Handtuch aufzuhängen. Der Handtuchtrockener ist 1m10 hoch und am Boden montiert. Die Kopfkissen sind ganz dünn und sehr alt und null bequem. Es gibt nur 2 Haken im ganzen Appartement, wo man eine Jacke/Mantel und dergleichen aufhängen kann. Ein Haken ist aber unbrauchbar, weil dieser aus dem Mauerwerk gerissen ist. Im Winter hat man auch mehr als eine Jacke. Zu 2 oder wenn man das Apartment zu dritt bewohnt wird es schwierig.

Für 2 Nächte war die Unterkunft okay.

Die Wohnung war groß und geschmackvoll eingerichtet.

Uns wurde erst bei Ankunft mitgeteilt, dass der Geschirrspüler kaputt ist und auch das Kochfeld - hier wurde ein alternatives 2 Plattenkochfeld zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Ausstattung der Küche ( Töpfe, Pfannen etc. ) könnte mehr sein. Leider war die Zimmerdecke in der Dusche total verschimmelt. Das Haus ist extrem hellhörig, d.h. jegliche Geräusche aus der oberen Wohnung waren zu hören.

Geschirrspüler und Herd defekt, Fußboden knarrt bei jedem Schritt, Steckdosen hängen aus der Wand, Türen schließen schlecht, Vorhangstange in der Küche fällt bald herunter, der Nachbar kann direkt ins WC schauen weil normales Fenster, Dusche desolat war auch auf keinem Foto zu sehen, Heizung hat teilweise nicht funktioniert die der Vermieter aber repariert hat

Moderner Altbaucharme

Wohnung sehr groß. Boxspringbetten sehr bequem. Küche mega modern! Alles sauber. Kaum Straßenlärm zu hören, obwohl die Villa direkt an der Straße liegt.

Da wir die unterste Ferienwohnung hatten und die Villa ein Altbau ist, hat man leider die marathonlaufenden Urlauber über uns sehr stark (fast schon störend) gehört.

Die Lage war sehr gut. Kurze Strecken in die Fussgängerzone, zum Hafen und zum Bahnhof.

Einige Steckdosen waren lose. Wir haben es gemeldet und es wurde uns gesagt dass sie das richten werden.

Wasserdruck in der Dusche sehr mangelhaft, auch Regulierung Heißwasser schwierig. Fehlende Gartenmöbel auf Terrasse, Terrassenaußentür lässt sich nicht schließen, Küche mangelhaft ausgestattet, zb Brotmesser, Schneidbrett, Geschirrtücher, fehlende Kleiderhaken, bzw Wandschrank lässt sich nicht schließen

Gute Lage, aber renovierungsbedürftig

Die Villa liegt unweit der Seepromenade und einem öffentlichen Seezugang zum Baden. Zur Fußgängerzone im Stadtzentrum mit Geschäften und Restaurants geht man nur ein paar Minuten. Die Küche des Appartements 1 im Erdgeschoß ist gut ausgestattet, das Appartement insgesamt sehr groß. Der Parkplatz im Innenhof ist groß genug für mehrere Autos.

Die Böden im gesamten Haus knarren laut, wenn man geht. Man hört daher jeden Schritt im eigenen Appartement, aber auch aus den Appartements im 1. Stock. Wenn man also nicht wirklich tief schläft, dann wird man durch jeden Schritt geweckt. Die Betten sind unter dem Laken mit einem nässeabweisenden Matratzenschoner mit Plastikoberfläche versehen, den man besser entfernen sollte, weil man sonst schwitzt. Der Boden vor der Dusche ist kaputt und in Stücke zerfallen. In einem der Schlafzimmer hängt eine Steckdose aus der Wand.

Eine gute Lage, aber leider sehr sehr hellhörig und laut

Es ist ein sehr großes Apartement und man hat viel Platz. Die Lage ist super und es gibt kostenfreie Parkplätze hinter dem Haus (sehr eng allerdings und wir wurden zugeparkt- da konnte der Vermieter nichts für, aber es kann schnell passieren, dass man eben nicht mehr einfach rauskommt). Die Zimmer sind groß und man hat alles was man braucht. Die Küche ist auch gut eingerichtet.

Das ganze Haus und auch die Wohnung ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Das Mobilar zum Teil alt und kaputt. Der Klositz im Bad gebrochen. Im Bad waren leider viele Haare von anderen Menschen und auch noch Dreck. Die Ecken in den Zimmern waren sehr staubig. Die Küche und das Wohnzimmer waren sauber. Leider roch es in der ganzen Wohnung nach Rauch. Selbst mit viel Lüften, ging der Geruch nicht weg. Der größte Nachteil ist allerdings der Lärm. Es ist extrem hellhöhrig im ganzen Haus. Wir konnten jede Bewegung der Leute in der Etage über uns hören. Wenn jemand unten zur Haustür reinkam oder im Treppenhaus lief, fühlte es sich an, als würden sie neben einem im Zimmer laufen. Wenn man die Fenster zum Lüften auf hatte, war der Lärm von der stark befahrenen Strasse und den betrunkenen Menschen in der Strasse, sehr laut. Mit Fenster zu, war es ok. Die Haustür der Wohnung besteht zur Hälfte aus Glas und hat dadurch viel Licht und Lärm aus dem Treppenhaus reingelassen. Selbst wenn man in dem Haus ganz alleine wäre, so hört man aber trotzdem alles von den eigenen Mitreisenden. Der Boden knarrt und quietscht bei jeder kleinsten Bewegung. Der Geruch und da mein Kleiner so schlecht geschlafen hat, sind wir nach einer Nacht schon abgereist.

Die Lage war perfekt

Die Ausstattung war doch älter als gedacht! Es war sauber aber tatsächlich für uns nur für einen Kurzaufenthalt, länger würde ich nicht dort wohnen wollen. Für die Ausstattung war der Preis viel zu hoch.

Cozy ohne Seeblick

Die Unterkunft ist an einer super Lage und sehr cozy für ein Pärchen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants,Bars und der See sind direkt vor der Türe.

Leider hat man keinen Seeblick und die Unterkunft ist sehr heiss, keinen Ventilator oder Klimaanlage verfügbar. Die Nachbarn sind unfreundlich und mekern wegen jeder kleinigkeit, musik hõhren und reden auf dem Balkon ist nucht möglich.
