Cute apartment in the center of Bregenz

The place is literally right in the center of Bregenz and we had everything around: Supermarket, Restaurants, Bars. A short walk brought us down to the lakefront and two train stations were both within 10 minutes walking. The apartment is perfect for a little getaway with a kitchen, couch, smart TV, and a super comfortable bed. The hosts were also very responsive and super nice about us checking out an hour late as my partner still had a business meeting and it was easier at the apartment than in a cafe or on the road. They also have a cute terrace, which we couldn't really use much due to it being winter but I can see that being amazing for a summer evening.

Since it's right in the center, next to the church you can hear the bells ring every 15 minutes. I wasn't bothered by it at all, but my partner wasn't used to it and found it a bit irritating.

Bregenz

Great location in the old city. Rooftop views were spectacular. Owners were prompt with all communication. Fortunately the church bells stop at 10pm and don't start again until 6 AM!!

Unfortunately the advertised washing machine was broken and we weren't aware until after we arrived. The owners did offer for the cleaning staff to come over and do any urgent items for us, but given our schedule, that was awkward.

Perfect location. In heart of the town, 10min walk to railway station and theater, 10min walk to cable car. Apartment is clean, modern and comfort.

bedding isn’t best quality, no sheet on bed (only a cover) and makes me itchy.

Enttäuschung

Rasche Rückmeldung auf meine Fragen; Lage der Unterkunft

Eigentlich ein NoGo: Zwei Wochen nach Buchungsbestätigung kam die Information, dass wir nicht im Penthouse mit Terrasse, sondern in der Wohnung darunter ohne Balkon untergebracht werden, da das Penthouse schon vergeben ist (?!). Das zusätzliche Zimmer dort war für uns unwesentlich, da nicht gebraucht. Wir buchen immer mit Balkon/Terasse, aber für eine Alternative war es zu spät. Keine Vergünstigung, dafür eine falsche Wlan-Info (2 Mal) und nur ein Schlüssel für 4 Personen. Die Wohnung war sauber, könnte da und dort aber kleine Erneuerungen gebrauchen (Schlüsselablage locker, WC-Schloss defekt, Vorhang fleckig, Wasserhahn im Bad klemmt). Schade :-(

Über den Dächern zu Hause.

Uns erwartete eine große und geräumige Wohnung. Sie war sehr sauber und in der sehr kalten Jahreszeit, Außentemperatur ca. 0 Grad, angenehm warm. Der schöne Fußboden lud dazu ein Strumpfsockert herumzulaufen, oder eben mit unseren Hausschuhen. Alles war blitzeblank. 😄 Die Küche modern. Der Wasserkocher ließ uns gleich einmal einen Tee machen. Im Sofer lümmeln TV schauen. Die Terrasse haben wir, der kalten Jahreszeit geschuldet, nur am Rande mitbekommen.

Auf einem Nachttisch stand eine Lampe mit einem USB-Stecker. Sie war nicht angeschlossen und es gab auch keinen entsprechenden Anschluss. Das große Doppelbett verfügt über eine große Matratze. Diese ist nicht geteilt. Bewegt sich eine Person, bewegt sich die gesamte Matratze.

Es geht für 1 nacht..

Sehr sauber

durch das Fenster im Schlafzimmer kann man direkt ins Wohnzimmer sehen. Es gibt keinerlei Verdunkelungsmöglichkeit, deshalb kommt sehr viel Licht von der Straße herein. Außerdem, wenn mehr als zwei Personen ankommen, kann man sich praktisch vom Bett aus gegenseitig sehen, da man durch das Glas komplett durchsehen kann.

Großräumiges Luxus Appartement vor dem Kirchturm

Größer als wir dachten uns alles top. Fehlte nichts und sehr schön alles wie beschrieben und abgebildet. Gastgeber sehr nett (wir hatten die Schlüsseldetails überlesen). Bei Regen waren wir froh über den guten Fernseher und die gemütlichen Betten.

Sehr schöne zentral gelegene Wohnung

Sehr schöne Wohnung. Super Lage , hübsche Dachterrasse . Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Bett war gemütlich. Check-in Infos waren sehr präzise . Parkplatz Rathaus direkt neben dem Gebäude. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in nächster Nähe. Knapp 10 Minuten Fussweg zum Bodensee. Hat uns sehr gut gefallen und würden wieder buchen.

Einziges kleines Manko war das nur eine kleine Pfanne und eine sehr kleiner Topf vorhanden war.

Schöne Unterkunft mit Stolperfalle

Die Wohnung ist sehr komfortabel, besonders schön ist die Dachterrasse! Außerdem ist sie hervorragend gelegen!

Es war der falsche Schlüssel in der Box hinterlegt, die Reinigungskraft habe die Schlüssel vertauscht! Die Verantwortung muss aber der Vermieter übernehmen!! Wenn eine Unterkunft so hochpreisig vermietet wird, müssen auch zwei Reinigungskräfte bezahlt werden können!! Außerdem gab es nur einen !!! Schlüssel!! Zum Glück war eine sehr nette Mitarbeiterin erreichbar, ich weiß nicht, was gewesen wäre, wenn wir spät abends angekommen wären! Ich werde in Zukunft so ein Konzept nicht mehr buchen!!!

Lage und Größe der Wohnung waren perfekt. Tolle Aussicht!! Bett war wirklich sehr gemütlich. Bei Problem wurde sofort geholfen.

Kirchturm läutet ab 6 Uhr, das wussten wir und wenn man das Fenster zu macht ist es erträglich. Checkout ist sehr stressig, wenn man 4 Minuten nach 10 den Schlüssel abgibt, bekommt man einen Anruf.

Tolles Appartement!!! Sehr geräumig, toll eingerichtet, die Terrasse hat uns gute Dienste erwiesen, einfach herrlich!!! Wir waren zu dritt + Hund. Sehr zuvorkommende Kommunikation. Wir haben uns sehr schnell an die Kirchenglocken gewöhnt. Ein paar hundert Meter zum See, alles rundherum in wenigen Schritten erreichbar. Die Pfänderbahn, die historische Oberstadt, die Festspielbühne, tolle Shops und Lokale, der Hafen ( wie haben die Schifffahrt nach Lindau unternommen). Wir waren begeistert von Bregenz!!!! Dankeschön 😁

Die Lage ist grandios. Man erreicht die schönsten Ecken in Kürze. Ob See, Oberstadt, Pfänderbahn oder Restaurants und Supermarkt alles in ein paar Minuten erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön modern eingerichtet. Die Küchenfenster lassen sind mit zwei elektronischen Schalousien verdunkeln.

Es könnten ein bißchen mehr Dinge in die leeren Schubladen der Küche geräumt werden 😄 wie z.B. Küchentücher, Putzschwamm, Aschenbecher, ...
