Parking on arrival is a bit tricky. The kitchen appliances could be better.

All good. In the kitchen we have found everything that can be needed for a comfortable weekend stay from oil to coffee in capsules.

I can only suggest to expand description: point to the upper floor (without elevator); explain how close apartment to restaurants, old town, lift to the mountain and shops (incl.supermarket); provide more details how to use free parking (we did not understand when and how we can enter pedestrian zone without penalty); clearly state in description that there is one toilet room and one bathroom without toilet inside. Plus someone may find dust, but it would be crazy, as overall apartment is very clean.

Die Lage ist super. Sehr gut gelegen. Sehr bequeme Betten.

Die Schlüsselbox liegt sehr tief. Sehr mühsam für jemanden, der Rücken - oder Knieprobleme hat. 50 Treppenstufen sind gewöhnungsbedürftig.

Top Lage, aber mitkomfortablen Einschränkungen

- Super zentrale Lage: Restaurants, Seepromenade, Spar, Bäckerei, Seebühne in unmittelbarer Nähe - geräumig - genug Platz für 6 Personen - gute Ausstattung - alles da, was man braucht (Küche, …) - Freundliches Personal - war bei Fragen sofort erreichbar und bemüht um eine gute Lösung - alles in allem empfehlenswert, aber abgesehen von der Lage zu teuer

Der Parkplatz ist nur zu bestimmten Zeiten erreichbar, da der Boller in der Zufahrt zur Fußgängerzone hoch geht. Dies schränkt die Flexibilität ziemlich ein. Leider nur 1 Schlüssel pro Wohnung Altbau-Haus: Stark knarrende Böden und hellhöriges Haus 50 Stufen bis zur Wohnung Sauberkeit mittelmäßig

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt

Superschöne, großzügige Ferienwohnung mitten in der Fußgängerzone. Bestens ausgestattet und gemütlich. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war tadellos, wir bekamen viele nützliche Tipps bis hin zu Lokalen in der Nähe.

Wirklich nur eine Kleinigkeit: weil in der Fußgängerzone gelegen, kann man nur sehr eingeschränkt und zu bestimmten Uhrzeiten mit dem Auto zufahren. Man muss sich halt danach richten.

Mehr Schein als sein

Die Lage ist hervorragend - einzig die Parkplatz- Situation ist ungünstig. Es gibt nur ein Zeitfenster von 2x 2 Stunden am Tag in denen man ein und ausfahren kann (Innenstadt - Regelung), dies wurde erst später kommuniziert. Die Betten waren in Ordnung, sowie die Größe der Wohnung. Die Gästebetreuung war immer sehr schnell erreichbar.

Der Zustand der Wohnung war leider sehr enttäuschend. Wir waren schon des öfteren in älteren (Fachwerk oder Altbau) - Häusern oder Wohnungen, aber hier sind es leider viele "Ecken" die dringend saniert oder zumindest repariert gehören. Angefangen vom alten Boden, über die (Wohnungs) - Türen bis hin zu den Fenstern und Möbeln. Alles wirklich sehr sehr alt und teilweise wie gesagt kaputt oder beschädigt. Auch die Einrichtung war nicht sehr liebevoll, sondern eher trist gestaltet. Vor allem in diesem Preissegment hatten wir eine andere Erwartung. Die Fotos sind sehr Vorteilhaft aufgenommen und professionell bearbeitet.... Wollten noch Fotos machen, aber am Ende wollten wir einfach nur noch schnell raus. Schade!
