Schön mit kleinen Fehlern

Die Lage ist top (vor allem bei Anreise mit dem Zug). Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr hochwertig ausgestattet (Materialien und Geräte) und angenehm stylisch. Es ist alles vorhanden und sauber. Check-in mit Schlüsselbox.

Trotz der umfangreichen Ausstattung fühlten wir uns nicht richtig wohl/willkommen. Die Heizkörper (und die Wohnung) waren bei Anreise kalt, es gab kein Gästehandtuch am WC, keinerlei Willkommensgruß (zB Kaffeekapseln), keinerlei persönlichen Kontakt. Wenig Licht im Bad. Die Kabel der Leselampen mussten wir unter dem Bettgestell hervorsuchen und entwirren, damit die Lampen funktionierten. Kleine Schönheitsfehler, die das Gesamterlebnis leider trübten.

Induktionsherd, große Räume, neues Bad, freundlicher und bemühter Kontakt, zentrale Lage, angenehmes Bett

*) Teppich im Wohnzimmer sehr staubig, ansonsten gute Sauberkeit *) Heizung lief nur lauwarm, konnte nicht behoben werden (war sehr kalt deshalb im nebligen Dezember) *) Fettgeruch im WC durch Lüftung vom Restaurant unterhalb *) in der Küche fehlte ein Mülleimer, im Keller waren keine Säcke/Tonnen zum Entleeren
