Immaculate and very well appointed property

Location is spot on. Less than 3 min walk from the station, once we found the nearest exit. Shops, restaurants, cafes very close. Great Italian 1 minute away on foot. Very near centre. Again 5 minute walk. Supermarket 5 min walk away. Property immaculate. Beds really comfortable, and was warm. Rooms v spacious . Shower was good, water v hot. We stayed in the 3 bed, which had 3 separate double bedrooms, a v large shower room, separate toilet and kitchen. You do need to walk through one bedroom to get to the other, but there was a door to outside so if you needed to get up in the night, I just went out to hall and back through front door so as not to disturb friend, but it was no big deal. Very quiet apartment. Owner very attentive.met us with the key and arranged a late check out for us.

V picky, but a toaster and microwave could be useful addition. There was a coffee machine but no pods, again would be useful..

Die Lage war super und die Unterkunft war sauber. Man hatte alles, was man brauchte. Der Gastgeber war äussert freundlich und zuvorkommend. Definitiv sehr empfehlenswert!

Zentral gelegenes, geräumiges, aber nachlässig und lieblos eingerichtetes Appartement

Das Appartement war sehr geräumig und lag zentral in Bahnhofsnähe und in kurzer Gehdistanz zur Bregenzer Fußgängerzone. Die Vermieterin war per SMS und Telefon gut zu erreichen und freundlich und hat auf unsere Reklamationen rasch reagiert. Als im zunächst von uns bezogenem Appartement der Geschirrspüler nicht funktionierte, wurde uns das gleich große Appartement darunter angeboten, welches ein viel schöneres Badezimmer bot.

Unser Appartement lag im Nebenhaus der eigentlich angegebenen Adresse, was bei unserer Ankunft für Verwirrung sorgte. Das zunächst von uns bezogene Appartement bot zwar (fast) alles, was ein Appartement bieten muss, war aber offenbar sehr schnell, billig und ohne Einrichtungsgeschmack eingerichtet worden. Die Eingangstür blieb nur zugesperrt zu, weil ein Teil des Schlosskastens fehlte. Das Badezimmer war alt und abgewohnt, Spiegel mit Sprung, Badewanne mit dunklem, lichtundurchlässigem Duschvorhang, Badezimmerkästen als Wandverbau mit unpraktisch großen Türen usw. Eines der Schlafzimmer wies einen auffällig schrägen Fußboden auf, sehr unangenehm. In einem anderen Schlafzimmer mit nur einem Fenster klebte ein Zettel am Fenster, dass man dieses Fenster keinesfalls aufmachen dürfe, weil es sonst herunterfallen könnte. Der Geschirrspüler war kaputt. Das zweite Appartement, welches uns nach zwei Tagen als Ersatz für das zunächst bezogene Appartement angeboten wurde, war (mit Ausnahme des Badezimmers) auch nur mit dem Nötigsten und recht lieblos eingerichtet. Angesichts des doch recht hohen Preises waren wir insgesamt nicht zufrieden und würden uns bei einem allfälligen nächsten Mal das für uns gedachte Appartement mit exakter Beschreibung und Fotos vorab zeigen lassen. Beide von uns bewohnte Appartements hatten die meisten Fenster hin zum großen Zentralparkplatz beim Bahnhof. Es war dort auch in der Nacht nie wirklich ruhig.

Wohnung in Nähe Seepromenade mit guter Betreuung.

Diese große Wohnung liegt Richtung Hinterhof. Ruhig. Und starke Nähe zur Seepromenade. Öffentlicher Parkplatz vor dem Haus. Tagesticket knapp 8 Euro. Sehr guter Preis. Schlüsselübergabe mit Birgit super geklappt. Sie hat uns sehr gut betreut.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Wohnung liegt zentral, bei geschlossenen Fenstern sehr ruhig. Parkplatz muss gebucht werden oder öffentliche Parkplätze direkt vor dem Haus.

Zentral und praktisch

Eine saubere, zentrale, pragmatische Wohnung. Viel Platz für zwei. Trotz der Lage ruhig und gegenüber dem verkehrsreichen Umfeld abgeschlossen. Gute Stellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder in einem abgeschlossenen Hof.

Das hinge von den Erwartungen ab. Wenn man die Beschreibung genau liest, weiß man, dass es sich um eine Innenstadtwohnung handelt, wo man weder Ausblick noch Idylle erwarten kann. Unter diesem Aspekt war alles mehr als ok. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld könnte ein bisschen mehr ausgebaut werden.

Die Lage ist sehr zentral, dennoch sehr ruhig und man kann nach einem lang Tag mit vielen Eindrücken den Abend in der Unterkunft genießen.

Die Unterkunft war top, daran hatten wir nichts auszusetzen. Die Wartezeit auf den Wohnungsschlüssel von einer Stunde war nur etwas unangemessen. Dennoch waren wir sehr zufrieden . Die Übergabe und der Check-Out waren unkompliziert und einfach.

Preis Leistung ok, mit ein paar kleinen Abstrichen

Perfekte Lage in der Nähe des Bahnhof. Kann man von dort gut zu Fuß erreichen. Die Einrichtung der Wohnung ist zwar schon etwas älter, aber dennoch sehr sauber. Auch gutes Wlan steht kostenfrei zur Verfügung.

Hätte mir eine Dusche statt Badewanne mit Duschvorhang gewünscht. Habe beim buchen extra auf die Wohnung mit der Dusche geklickt. Zumindest laut den Fotos auf Booking.com. Aber gut, in der Beschreibung stand Dusche oder Badewanne. Beim Fernseher war die ORF Karte abgelaufen. Als Österreicher möchte ich schon gerne auch heimische Sender gesehen. Die Küche war leer. Es war zwar Geschirr uns so vorhanden. Auch ein Wasserkocher und eine Nespresso Maschine. Gut gemeint, aber wo nimmt man auf schnelle am Morgen eine Kapsel für den Kaffee her. Oder zumindest einen Teebeutel für eine Tasse Tee. Da ich zur Zeit Diät machen muss, richte ich das Frühstück gerne selber. Das war einer der Gründe, warum ich ein Appartement für den Aufenthalt wählte. Ist meine erste Erfahrung damit, dass ich Lebensmittel selber kaufen muss, war mir klar. Dass aber nicht einmal Salz für das Frühstücksei oder Zucker für den Kaffee uns so da war, hat mich dann doch etwas gestört. Hätte gerne ein paar Euro mehr bezahlt, wenn ich dann nicht extra für eine Prise Salz oder Zucker einkaufen gehen muss.
