Our stay at Wohnen deluxe mit Pfänderblick was absolutely wonderful. The apartment is modern, stylish, and very comfortable, with everything you could possibly need. It was spotless on arrival, and the thoughtful details made us feel right at home. The location is excellent — quiet and peaceful, yet only a short walk to the lake, city center, and main attractions. Waking up to the mountain views and then being able to step right into the heart of Bregenz was perfect. The hosts were warm, responsive, and made everything from communication to check-in easy and stress-free.

One thing to note: checkout is at 10:00am, so plan accordingly.

Sofa bed in the living room, super uncomfortable. Not having washing machine (it was not needed but would have been a great bonus for the apartment). Difficultly to close the window shutters

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön, leider wurde dieser durch die „ungeschickte“ Kommunikation ein wenig getrübt.

Die Lage und die Wohnung sind perfekt. Sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet.

Der Check-in um 14 Uhr wurde bestätigt, doch dies wurde nicht eingehalten und bei Rückfrage wurde kommuniziert, dass der Check-in normalerweise erst um 15 Uhr sei. Das spielt meiner Meinung nach keine Rolle, wenn ein früherer Check-in im Voraus bestätigt wird. An sich war das Personal freundlich, doch diese Kommunikation war ein wenig ungeschickt, da es eleganter gewirkt hätte, wenn man sich einfach für die Verspätung entschuldigt hätte.

Lage ist super, Schlüsselübergabe via Zahlencode.

Unterkunft war total verdreckt mit Kot, Abfall, Haaren und feuchten Laken im Bett. Aufgrund des Zustands wurde uns eine Preisreduktion um 70% zugesagt. Tatsächlich haben wir 13% Reduktion erhalten. Erst wurde extrem freundlich kommuniziert und der Preisreduktion schriftlich zugestimmt. Als es um die tatsächliche Reduktion ging, erstarb die Kommunikation.

Die Wegbeschreibung zum Parkplatz war sehr hilfreich. Die Lage ist optimal, um in der Innenstadt oder Seepromenande zu flanieren. Auch für eine kurze Zwischenübernachtung, wenn es weiter nach Italien geht, ist die Lage optimal. Sehr gut ausgestattete und moderne Küche mit allen Utensilien die man benötigt. Flaschenöffner, Pfannenwender etc. Der Balkon mit den Sitzmöbeln und der kuscheligen Decke laden wirklich zum verweilen ein - toller Blick auf den Pfänder.

Einige Handtücher mehr wäre klasse; da wir jedoch eh auf Durchreise waren, hatten wir unsere eigenen Handtücher mit :)
