Great location, comfortable stay.

Great location. The property was quiet, warm and clean. The beds were really comfortable. The host was great with communication.

Unfortunately there wasn't a comfortable sitting area, which meant we had to sit around the kitchen table in a windowless room. Also, we stayed for a week, so a washing machine would have been great.

It was very clean, they sent us the code and it was all very organized

The only thing I’d say was that there wasn’t an elevator so we had to carry our big bags up but it wasn’t a big deal.

Enjoyable but with a few niggles!

It was well equipped and in a very quiet location. Because we like walking its locations was good. All the equipment worked well although the fridge is quite noisy.

The bed was pushed up against the wall so we had to move it but it still meant a lot of scrabbling for one person to get out at night. There were no bedside lights which was a bit of an inconvenience. The shower door did not shut properly and left a big gap at the bottom and because of the this and the general bad fit a great puddle of water settled on the bathroom floor wetting slippers and whatever else was there.

Excellent communication with the owners, nothing was impossible and they answered to all our messages almost immediately 👍 Also the location is near perfect (quiet part of the city, but walking distance to the lake promenade and city centre). We appreciated equipment of kitchen as well as washing machine and all small “necessities” which were at our disposal.

The bathroom need some refurbishment 😉, but everything else was nice.

Excellent Location well equipped with a lot of room for a family. Near to supermarket and all bregenz amenities. Easy to park.

Sehr gute Lage, man erreicht den Bregenzer Bahnhof und die Innenstad ganz leicht zu Fuß. Moderne, reichhaltige Ausstattung, sehr bequeme Betten. Kommunikation hat sehr gut geklappt, hilfsbereite Gastgeber!

Die Küche mit dem großen Tisch ist prima, die Schlafzimmer sind nett eingerichtet. Alles ist sauber. Die Gastgeber sind sehr aufmerksam. Nachts wie Tags war es sehr ruhig; wir haben viel Zeit in der Wohnung verbracht und dabei eine sehr angenehme Zeit gehabt. In die schöne Innenstadt und zum See kann man zu Fuß gehen. Bregenz ist eine tolle Stadt.

Die Wohnung ist prima -- hier nur ein paar gemischte Eindrücke. Es ist schade, daß es kein Sofa/Wohnzimmer o.ä. gibt. Dafür hat man aber drei getrennte Schlafzimmer, das ist nicht so leicht zu finden. Der Ausblick ist zwar nicht besonders schön (Parkplatz), aber es gibt gute Gardinen. In der Küche fehlen ein paar kleine Dinge, ich habe sie notiert und den Zettel hinterlegt. Fun-fact: Meine Teenie-Töchter fanden es "ungerecht", daß in einem Schlafzimmer 2 Spiegel hängen und in den anderen gar keine :-) Mir (52 Jahre alt) hat das nichts ausgemacht.....

Nie wieder!

Wir haben für 5 Personen die Wohnung gebucht.Viel zu wenig Platz, kein Wohnbereich, es zieht durch die Fenster (Problem wurde mitgeteilt, vom Anbieter kam keine Reaktion mehr), viel zu dünne Decken für winterliche Verhältnisse. Billige Ausstattung, Dreckiges Geschirr mit Essensreste und Überbleibsel vom Vorgänger (BH im Schubfach) oder noch älter. Sehr hellhörig, keine Möglichkeit Zimmer abzudunkeln da Vorhänge viel zu klein. Durchgangszimmer hätte man erwähnen können. Auf Grund von Bewertungen haben wir uns gleich an den Anbieter gewendet zwecks des Fensterproblems.Man solle Bilder schicken und man würde sich zeitnah kümmern…Urlaub vorbei - keine Reaktion mehr! Wird überhaupt geputzt oder verlässt man sich auf ordentliche Mieter die wie wir die Wohnung sauber verlassen?!?! Für den Preis ein absolutes Unding!

Nie wieder!

Die Moderne Einrichtung

Leider war es ein totaler Flopp. Wir waren zu 5 und die Wohnung ist viel zu klein. Vielleicht für 4 aber nicht für 7! Es gibt nur ein kleines Bad und wenig Küchenutensilien, sodass man lange warten muss und kaum etwas kochen kann. Es gab auch nicht genügend Stühle und wenn such kein Platz für mehr in der kleinen Küche. Dann haben wir einige Mängel entdeckt. Flecken auf der Bettdecke, Sticker klebten an Lampen, dreckige Fensterbänke und Küchenutensilien. Diese lagen auch noch benutzt rum als wir ankamen und es gab zu wenig Steckdosen für Lampen die aber rum standen. Und das für eine so hohe Reinigungsgebühr! Als wir uns beschwerten hieß es nur, dass die Zusammensetzung von Übernschtungskosten und Reinigungsgebühr ein Fehler sei. Aber der Gesamtpreis stimme. Wenn wir mindestens eine 9 Sterne Bewertung abgeben, dann würden wir die 120€ Reinigungsgebühr zurückbekommen. Das ist Erpressung! Das Personal war zwar nett und freundlich aber trotzdem keine Hilfe in der Situation und nur auf gute Bewertungen aus. Die Lage war dem Preis entsprechend auch nicht mega. Man musste schon 10 Minuten in die Innenstadt laufen und war nicht an ein Bus angebunden.

Umgebung sehr gut. Ausflugsziele sind von dort gut zu erreichen. Kosten für die Unterkunft zu Hoch.

Zur Innenstadt braucht man zu Fuß nur 15 min. Die Lage ist gut. Ein Parkplatz steht Kostenlos zu Verfügung.

Im Hausflur roch es nach Urin. Der Fernseher war im Schlafzimmer und ohne TV Programme. In der Beschreibung steht mit Netflix, man sollte aber mit angeben das man dafür einen Zugang benötigt.

Gute Lage um Bregenz für 1-2 Tage zu erkunden.

Gut ausgestattete Küche und grosser Esstisch. Grosse Schlafzimmer mit dem Nötigsten zum verstauen und aufhängen. Sehr gute Lage um Bregenz zu Fuss zu erkunden.

Das Bad ist ein wenig eng da der Gasboiler teilweise über der Waschmuschel hängt, und den Duschkopf muss man in der Hand halten. Kein Platz um ein Handtuch aufzuhängen.

Kvalitné ubytovanie v pešej dostupnosti do mesta

Výborná lokalita, blízko železničnej aj autobusovej stanice (ale nebol tam žiaden hluk z ulice ani z trate), blízko nákupných možností. Aj centrum mesta bol v pešej dostupnosti. Ubytovanie bolo čisté, kuchyňa bola výborne vybavená, v kúpeľni stále tiekla teplá voda. Apartmán sa nachádzal na 1.poschodí a bol po schodoch (bez výťahu) , ale nebolo to nič náročné sa tam dostať. Na izbách boli pohodlné postele, čistá a voňavá posteľná bielizeň a uteráky, kúrenie fungovalo. Prežili sme tam 2 týždne a všetko fungovalo stále tak, ako malo. Komunikácia s majiteľmi pred príchodom a odchodom bola vždy rýchla. Osobne sme sa nestretli. Nevyskytol sa však žiaden problém. Určite sa tam ešte vrátime.

Der Parkplatz war doppelt belegt, wir konnten zwei Nächte den Parkplatz nicht nutzen, mussten daher auf der Straße parken und haben einen Strafzettel über 20 Euro bekommen.

Perfekter Kurzurlaub

Das Appartment ist neu renoviert und gemütlich eingerichtet. Alles war sehr sauber. Die Betten waren bequem und wir konnten gut schlafen. Man kann den See gut zu Fuß erreichen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants gibt es um die Ecke. Wir hatten alles, was wir brauchten und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. :-)

Parken ist eine Herausforderung, da sehr eng. Aber wir waren froh, dass es den Parkplatz zu der Wohnung gibt. Von außen ist das Haus nicht sehr einladend.

Diese Wohnung war außergewöhnlich gut ausgestattet. Nicht nur zweckmäßig, sondern auch mit Stil. Zum Wohlfühlen! Wir haben uns über jedes Päuschen gefreut, das wir in der Wohnung genießen konnten. Die Lage war ideal, um die Innemstadt, den Pfänder und den See zu erreichen. Prima, dass es auch einen Parkplatz am Haus gibt! Ganz tolle und aufmerksame Kommunikation mit Ibo, der uns bestens betreut hat! Weit über das Erwartbare hinaus!
