For us it worked out very well, we enjoyed the stay

The apartment is large, recently renovated and perfectly located in the vicinity of a shop, coffee place and nice bakery. Walking distance to the lake. It has an old apartment charm.

As it is an older building, it has its old apartment charm but for some it may be also bothering when you have a squeaky floor or very poor sound proofing.

Very cozy, well kept, clean, safe, perfect for a bike stay for a small family, couple or 3-5 persons

Extremely clean and well kept, almost everything was in order. We were a little confused about the Wi-Fi situation because the person who met us said that there would be Wi-Fi but we couldn't get it to work and our question about it didn't get answered. Luckily that wasn't imperative for our visit because we were trying to take a vacation from digital life. So just note that if Wi-Fi is super important to your stay, you might want to clarify before booking. Bedrooms are on opposite sides of the kitchen and living room, which would make it convenient if you want a little space away from your kids or you are sharing with someone you don't know very well. The master bedroom was just fine, very cozy, and very good in shape. We didn't use the second bedroom, but it is serviceable, in very good condition, just very small. Would be great for a single person or a couple of kids. The kitchen is a good size and very comfortable seating at the kitchen table. There's almost everything you need for cooking, except a toaster. There's a small coffee machine and a tea pot and a small freezer in the fridge and everything worked perfectly. The flat would not be great for people with mobility issues, as it is upstairs, and there are a few steps within the space itself, and getting into an out of the shower would be a little challenging because of the way that the glass door opens and that you need to step into the tub. But for most people, it will work just fine and everything is in good condition. There is a washing machine in the bathroom if you need it. The living room has an L-shaped couch bed. Everything was well appointed and very comfortable. No views, but the location is very central to Bregenz and pretty easy to get to the beach, especially if you are on a bicycle. There is parking right out in front of the location.

We had a little trouble communicating because it was unclear whether we should be communicating through the app or with the phone number via text, and so our questions didn't get answered. Luckily, it wasn't anything super important.

Wir sind gerne bereit erneut vorbei zu schauen :)

Die Ausstattung der Wohnung sowie die Sauberkeit waren wirklich sehr gut. Die Lage hat uns ebenfalls überzeugt. Hier ist man sehr schnell am See. Außerdem befinden sich Parkplätze direkt vor der Tür.

Die Ausstattung der Wohnung könnte noch erweitert werden. Hier haben uns z.B. ein Toaster und Biergläser in der Küche gefehlt. Da wir eine Wohnung im ersten Stockwerk bekamen, hatten wir jeden Abend um ca. 22:00 Uhr (außer Mittwoch wegen Ruhetag) anhaltendes stühle-, sowie Tischrücken von der Gaststätte im EG wahrgenommen. Dies war ärgerlich da wir zu der Zeit bereits im Bett waren.

Tolle liebevolle Wohnung!

Sehr schöne geräumige Wohnung, alles da, was man braucht und mehr. Sauber und sehr liebevolle Einrichtung mit warmen Details als Dekoration. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr netter unkomplizierter Kontakt. Sogar Begrüßungsgeschenk war in der Küche. Danke für diese Geste!

Unten ist eine Gaststätte mit Garten, ist bis 22 Uhr ein wenig laut. Ist aber mitten im Ort üblich.
