Sehr gute, zentrale Lage
Nachteil der Lage direkt in Hafennähe: direkt an der Hauptstraße und über einem Restaurant gelegen, daher bis spät in die Nacht laute Straßen- und Gastronomie-Besucher-Lärm. Fenster musste bei den Temperaturen geöffnet sein, um wenigstens nachts runterzukühlen. Kein Balkon

Die Lage ist top direkt beim Hafen, zu Fuss direkt in der Innenstadt und in wenigen Minuten zum Festspielgelände. Kleine Küche die alles hat, grosszügiges Bad und tolle Kommunikation und Wegbeschreibung.
Etwas warm da Dachgeschoss und halt lärmig aufgrund der Lage. Keine Aufhängemöglichkeiten im Bad für Tücher.

Sehr schöne Wohnung, groß, offen und hell… Super Ausblick. Fahrradkeller… TOP
Handtuchhaken fehlen im Bad…. Ansonsten gibt es nichts zu meckern. Alles bestens
