Lage war Top, über die Straße und schon am Hafen bzw gleich im Zentrum
Mängel E-Installation an Tag 1 von 7 gemeldet, wurden bis zum letzten Tag nicht behoben.
Ist jetzt nicht so das ich nach Mängel gesucht hätte, sind klar ersichtlich...
FI-Schutzschalter nicht zulässig - Typ AC statt Typ A - LED verbaut daher Pflicht
- Deckenleuchten Küche im Handbereich, nicht Laiensicher montiert - nur mit einer Schraube befestigt, hängt herunter
- Deckenleuchten Schlafzimmer Schutzklasse 1 im Handbereich, nicht geerdet - Schutzleiter isoliert
- Ventilator Bad funktioniert nicht, wurde vermutlich noch nie gereinigt so wie der Filter aussieht
- Schimmel im Bad bei ehem. Halterung Duschwand
- Silikonfuge Bad Boden mangelhaft
- Küche Korpus über Herd aufgeweicht, Furnier der Laden und Kastentüren abgehaut, Oberschränke auf Unterseite fettig
- Steckdose im Bad funktioniert nicht
- Heizkörper lassen sich teilweise nicht regulieren - zu warm
- die Spitzen der Wandhaken welche als Fachbretthalterung im Kasten provisorisch angebracht wurden stehen gefährlich heraus Verletzungsgefahr
- die Abschlußleiste Vorraum/Küche ist mangelhaft befestigt und scharfe Schraubenköpfe stehen gefährlich heraus
- Fenster nicht schalldicht, schließen nicht ordentlich - spürbar Luftzug, in der Nacht sehr laut durch angrenzendes Lokal und Partypeople
- Fenster können nicht verdunkelt werden, Jalousie ist zu wenig, Licht scheint durch, braucht einen Vorhang
Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt nicht
Kann man auch mit Deko nicht wegmachen

Tolle Lage im Herzen Bregenzs, nett eingerichtet
Bad könnte noch an die restliche Einrichtung angepasst werden, sonst alles top!

The location was very good and the size of the apartment and overall Idea was nice. It was not dirty.
When we came, the door wasn't closed, so we weren't sure if there was anybody already there. It was uncomfortable staying there overnight with this though in your mind, since we really value privacy and security.
When we cooked the whole fuze popped. We had to put it back on maybe 6 Times!
I never had this in a booked apartment before, electricity was never a problem.
The apartment was clean, but the preparation for our stay was a bit disappointing.
There was a broken mini statue in the wardrobe and in the kitchen a sign stated we could make ourselves a coffee, but the coffee wasn't refilled, so we had to buy it ourselves in the city...
Overall the stay was okay, but there was always a underlying feeling that the host didn't prepare well for us and we were just waiting for the next disappointing find.
