Location which is actually steps from the Bregenz Hafen train station; layout of the unit is spacious and bright, kitchenette.
Disappointingly, the room wasn't thoroughly cleaned. We did the cleaning ourselves--hairs all over, crumbs on cooking plate; kitchen sink and fixtures not wiped clean; hand towels look like dingy rags; foot mat is dirty; wet/damp bed and towels; soiled tub; uncleaned sofa seat and chairs. Location instruction should have been clearer to say that it's alternatively just steps from Hafen train station, instead of the official entrance at Nepomukgasse, which was not ez to find.
