The chalet is very cute, in a lovely peaceful location and near to plenty of nice pubs etc. Good value for money and very picturesque.
Bedding consisted of an empty duvet cover, in November, and no other blankets were provided. I've been glamping many times, and if anything only ever been provided with an overabundance of bedding, so I didn't think this was something we'd have to bring. Even with the heating on full blast, we were freezing overnight. A couple of £20 duvets would have made a world of difference to our experience.
The contact was also offsite and unable to be particularly helpful, with communication before the stay being lacking and the site fairly tricky to find. I'd recommend sending out detailed instructions on how to get there and what to do on arrival in the days leading up to the stay to make the whole thing feel more professional.

Great comfy beds and so warm in the huts, no need for the fire.
No complaints- more so suggestions.
A light in the kitchen area would come in handy
A sink and tap would also be handy within the kitchen area but again not essential

Lovely get away for a night. Toilets clean. The pod was clean and comfortable enough. The pub is really nice serving lovely food. We'll definitely be back again for another get away.

The welcome from the hosts is extremely warm and friendly.
The hut is well kitted out, including mood lighting, charging points and the essentials for a comfy night's sleep (BYO bedding).
The firepit outside the hut is very useful, and the kitchen shed is basic but very well equipped (including a fridge and a couple of gas stoves).
The site itself is well maintained, has great views and each pitch feels quite private thanks to the hedges.
The pub was shut. Cant blame the host for that, but was quite disapointing (maybe call ahead and check).
We were in the hut with an electric fire rather than a wood burner (maybe because we had small children with us). It was great for keeping the hut warm, but perhaps check if you want a log burner.
Didn't have any communication through Booking.com, though I did try. I got a phone calll on the day, though.

Quaint and qwerky little hut. Good for a couple of nights at most. Good location for the Malvern hills and surrounding area. Pets allowed and the dog loved having a run around the field.
Toilet block was ok but not many people using it when we stayed.
It’s needs an update and a bit of TLC. A good clean of the hut and the shared kitchen area. The fridge needs a good clean. Mattress needs replacing. Don’t think it’s value for money. The price we paid it would have been nice to have maybe had a bag of logs to start you off for the fire pit or wood burner inside. When you have to provide your own bedding and everything else it’s expensive for a stay in a wooden hut.
Also needs waterproofing as the rain came in via the wood burner chimney.

We stayed for one night to break up a long journey and we loved it. The children loved it and the host was very nice.

We loved the location, the quirkiness of the cabin and the fire pit, we had good quality family time together.
The toilet block could have been a lot cleaner and restocked more often especially as it was generally a busy weekend.

We loved the location , the freedom and loved the pod. Wonderful clean toilets and shower. Handy little kitchen with fridge just up the field. Lovely pod with gorgeous lighting. Great fire grill but should have taken more logs.
Nothing. We loved it all

It is a lovely location behind a pub. Very quiet with lovely views. The pod looked pretty, with a big fire pit and chairs outside. Mains electricity connected. The toilet and shower block was nearby.
The pod has certainly seen better days. The plastic flowers around the outside are falling apart. It needs a good clean to remove the beetles and cobwebs inside. It felt generally unclean and not maintained. The stargazing dome is a lovely idea but is dirty so not very clear.

Location very pretty
Owner friendly
So many spiders and cobwebs around sleeping area found unable to sleep in the hut. Son and husband found mattresses uncomfortable with springs being felt. Lock did not secure the door.

Nice quiet area with plenty of room for our dog to play in. The pod was very comfortable and met our expectations.
The light coming through the dome early in the morning.

Location was perfect for Malvern and the surrounding area beautiful.
Wasn't clear when booking that you have to take your own bedding and towels so had to purchase these from a local supermarket. Cost more than the accommodation. Also the room was filthy, wood burner had a hole in the flue ( deadly), decrepit outside furniture and the shared kitchen was filthy. Outside the room was a carrier bag full of urine. The host was extremely rude when we politely complained. He sent a text at 11PM saying" if you are unhappy with the accommodation you can and should leave" kept texting asking if we were leaving. We were nothing but civil to him.

this is a pleasant looking campsite.
Our chalet advertised with bathroom and shower;
This "Bathroom" was in a field shared with multiple other users. This is not mentioned, and , ignoring the potential walk in the dark/rain , we had not packed towels so could not use.
Pretty useless for an overnight stay. The owner denied advertising as such.
(we were lucky enough to be able to find an alternative nearby so did not stay)
I added the confirmation-make up your own mind

Cute accommodation! Lovely safe place if you have children. The pod was clean and despite not using the burner it was warm and comfortable. The shower block was immaculately clean. Mark, host was nice and welcoming. Sitting in the evening sun outside looking at the view and sheep was delightful. Having the pub so close was great as the landlady was very friendly and the food was good and reasonably priced!
Small confusion with description. Booking.com did not make it clear that you had to bring your own bedding. Only found this out on private website. Also the facilities were described as private bathroom, not shower/toilet block. Still would go again now I know!

Views were beautiful, accommodation was basic but just what we needed. staff were really helpful and informative. It was quiet and the dogs were welcomed.
The kitchen facilities could have had done with being a little cleaner and more relevant equipment available.
