The West Barn, an adjoining barn conversion, is set at the heart of it, just in view of the historic mansion. The estate itself is dated at the earliest at 1173, and is owned by Lord Nick Lechmere. The Lechmere Estate is situated in Hanley Castle, a historic hamlet approximately one mile from the town of Upton-on-Severn. Catering by prior arrangement with the owners can cater for guests on special occasions, from 7-course dinners to Sunday brunches or champagne breakfasts.
