The Space:

Set in the peaceful village of Westmancote, this spacious four-bedroom home offers a perfect blend of comfort and amenities, with plenty of room to relax, unwind and spend quality time together.



Downstairs, the cosy sitting room provides a welcoming retreat, complete with a sizeable smart TV and ample seating to spread out and enjoy films as a group. There are also board games for relaxing evenings. For remote workers or those seeking some alone time, a separate study offers a desk, sofa, and smart TV.



The heart of the home is the high-spec shaker-style kitchen, fully equipped with all the modern conveniences you could need. It opens into a bright dining area, creating a sociable space for shared meals. At the other end, a woodburner with two armchairs is the perfect spot for curling up with a book from the shelf. Large bifold doors lead out to a peaceful garden, where you’ll find a comfortable outdoor sofa set and table - perfect for al fresco dining or evening drinks. A conservatory provides yet another cosy seating area, while a downstairs WC adds convenience.



Upstairs, there are four well-appointed bedrooms: three doubles and one small double. The master bedroom also enjoys an ensuite bathroom with a shower, and one of the bedrooms has a TV. The other three share a family bathroom with a bath and overhead shower.



Outside, the fully enclosed garden is ideal for both relaxing and letting dogs and kids roam safely. Those with bikes can make use of the two storage sheds in the garden.



With private parking for 3-5 vehicles, this welcoming home is perfectly suited to families or groups looking for a peaceful countryside escape.

Just a short walk away in nearby Kemerton, you’ll find welcoming local spots including The Crown Inn, a traditional country pub serving hearty meals and local ales, and the Kermerton Coffee Shop, perfect for breakfast, lunch or a relaxed coffee stop after a morning walk.



Outdoor enthusiasts will love Bredon Hill, one of the Cotswolds’ hidden gems. With its network of footpaths and bridleways, it’s perfect for walking, trail running or mountain biking. Head up to the summit for panoramic views across the Vale of Evesham and towards the Malvern Hills, or explore woodland trails, open grassland and historic sites including an Iron Age hillfort.



The surrounding area is rich in charming villages and historic towns. Nearby Tewkesbury offers a stunning medieval abbey and picturesque streets, while Cheltenham provides shops, restaurants and cultural events, including festivals and horse racing. Not to mention the infamous Gold Cup Week, which can be reached at Cheltenham Racecourse in under 20 minutes.



For further exploring, the Cotswolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty is within easy reach, with its honey-coloured villages, cosy pubs and scenic drives. You can also venture to the Malvern Hills for more dramatic walking routes and sweeping views.

Due to the remote nature of the Cotswolds, we would recommend bringing a car for your stay. There is private parking for 3-5 vehicles on the driveway.
