Excellent facilities, it had everything we needed.

Advertised as having two bathrooms - actually only 1 & a half.
No hot water in the half bathroom.
The shower over the bath a little difficult due to no handle or a non slide mat.

Overall property was ok and well placed for the event we were attending close by.
The shower was quite an issue for myself and both friends as it was either dangerously hot (scolding) or ice cold, both with very low pressure so we all had to have cold showers for the three nights. With how hot the shower gets it’s also not safe for children. Some areas of the accommodation were not the cleanest and pillow cases were yellow which we did not use. In the evenings it’s very noisy from both cars and also locals leaving pubs until around 1:30am.
