Overall we had a p!easant weekend

Flat was well designed and equipped.central location

Only 3 car park spaces for 5 apartments..flat was very cold and no instructions how to operate radiators. We did Google and get manufacturers instructions and with a lot of effort for lounge radiator working on 2nd day after a very cold evening

Convenient and comfortable

The location was ideal for Buxton and accessing the countryside. Lots of cafes and restaurants in a short walking distance. There was everything we needed and the internet connection was great. Garden was pleasant and private.

We found that two other guests parked in such a way we couldn't get our car into the third space (but parked easily nearby. Could do with a freshen up on the decorating. There was noise from the main road in the front bedroom all night but ear plugs were provided. Leave good time for the hot tub to heat up before you use it.

Very impressive: the accommodation was immaculate and Assured Stays really helpful.

The door handle codes are an excellent idea because it means no searching for keys on arrival. I was also really impressed with how quickly Assured Stays got back to me after all my emails in the run-up to our stay.

On a couple of occasions we had to enter the door handle codes several times before the doors opened which made us worry we were going to be locked out! That said, even that only took a few minutes.

Trip to the peaks

The location was great. Bedrooms, bathroom good. Kitchen ok but lacking in the little extras like salt and pepper. Close to the town centre.

No sofa so had to sit on uncomfortable bench seating to watch tv. Flimsy cutlery, not very good to eat with. Very noisy front bedroom with Lorrie’s going by all hours of the night and early morning. People in other flats looking through the widows when they in the garden. Lots of rubbish around the front of house. Very noisy when flat above being used, all you hear all night is foot steps to keep you awake. To many codes to get in and out of apartment doors. No where to put toothbrushes in bathroom. And a safety chain on inside of door would be good as it doesn’t close unless pulled or pushed hard.

I was not happy, very disappointed with what I had,compared to what I expected from the site

The beds were comfy

Almost everything: The description said “ensuite-style bathroom” but the bathroom wasn’t an ensuite. The hot water was rationed and was not available 24/7. The rooms were small, pictures on the site were different from the real life, never made it clear on the booking site that they had different flats in the lincoln house, so you choose what you want, they allocate to you. No 24/7 help service for an accommodation, only available during the day? There was no hot water at night and I couldn’t get help till the next day. TV connection was very poor. Kitchen condiments: Pepper, salt and garlic, all expired one year ago (2024) but still there available to be used. The pots had no cover. In fact almost everything about the accommodation was just poor, I felt abandoned.

Lovely apartment , but disappointed that the hot tub is included but didn’t work

The property was in a nice location , it was clean and comfortable

Was a bit disappointed that the hot tub wasn’t working and after lots of communication with the agent it wasn’t resolved ,as it was supposed to be a relaxing break after my recent cancer diagnosis

Great location for a family stay.

The two apartments we stayed in were great - the ground floor one suited our daughter and her stepson and baby really well as he could access the garden and hot tub directly. Our top floor one had much more space, so we could 'host' birthday breakfast. Both apartments were well set up and clean. The location is great for a short walk into Buxton.

There was an issue with the en-suite shower while we were there and we were asked not to use it when the property manager visited. Thankfully, we didn't need it, as we could use the other bathroom. There were other things that required maintenance too and they let the place down a little. A bit of TLC would solve the problem and return them to a great state.

We came back home more tired then we went as the traffic of trucks went on all through the night

It was lovely and clean and a cozy comfy place

The front bedroom door didn't close and it would be better if there was a shelf and a hook in the bathroom and there was only 1 toilet roll for 4 people for a 2 night stay.

convenient for Buxton town, nice beds and bedding and bathroom. Good value for money

only 2 wine glasses for 4 people. no hair dryer? no toiletries apart rom hand wash no tea towels too many numbers on access code to property stains on the sofa
