I didn’t know the fridge wasn’t turned on, the milk went off. I think a note on the fridge would be a great idea.

It was a fantastic stay. Everything was clean and the location was ideal for us.

The bathroom may need a renovation. The bath leaks some water. Also, it was incredibly hot inside… but we stayed in the middle of a heatwave, what I understand is not common in England

We absolutely loved our stay at The Torrs and wouldn’t hesitate to return. The apartment was spotlessly clean, beautifully presented, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing break. The attention to detail really made it feel like a home away from home. Big enough for 4 people. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of New Mills, with lovely walks, cafés, pubs and shops all within easy walking distance, making it the perfect base for exploring the area and the Peak District. Communication from the host was excellent, with clear instructions and a seamless check-in process. We felt welcome from the moment we arrived. A wonderful place to stay that exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended we’ll definitely be back!

It was quite warm but expected with the weather but a fan was provided.

Great location for exploring locally and farther afield. New Mills town a great discovery , fascinating beautiful place. Apartment well equipped, very clean and comfortable. Host communications excellent

Nice big comfy sofa, but would have welcomed low comfy chair, for we 3 adults to sit and chat facing each other
