Shepherds Haven Luxury 4 Bed Flat With Self Check In

Keys were located in a lockbox outside the building. Owner was super helpful with sending directions to the flat from the Underground station. Also very helpful with leaving information about the area.

Nothing the owner can do but it is a very noisy area. Constant sirens from emergency vehicles, cars honking, construction outside, and preachers yelling outside tube entrance. It was impossible to cool the place by leaving the windows open and get sleep at the same time.

Great location, ideal for us as a group of 4 women with an event to attend.

Boiler seemed to be due a service so kept beeping! Very noisy due to location and curtains not great- bring earplugs and an eye mask!

La ubicación,aunque no está cerca del centro, el bus para delante del edificio, y cruzando al otro lado está la estación de metro y tren. Hay un Lidl en el bajo del edificio. El apartamento tiene 4 habitaciones con 4 camas de matrimonio. Dos de las habitaciones tienen también sofá.

La llegada fue terrible, no entendimos porque puerta del edificio debíamos entrar, y nadie contestó a nuestros mensajes y llamadas. Una vecina muy amable nos ayudó. En la puerta había como 30 candados, y tuvimos que probar la clave con cada uno hasta encontrar la llave. Era tarde hacía frio y estábamos con niños. Para 4 habitaciones un baño completo y un vater aparte es poco. Deben mejorar la comunicación con los clientes.

The space was generous and having two toilets was good especially for a group. The apartment itself was modern and well laid out, with an equipped kitchen. Some of the bedrooms included desks and pull-out sofas. We also appreciated the good lighting throughout, along with storage space and mirrors in the rooms. A big advantage for this apartment is it's location. Right across the road from Shepard's Bush station with convenient access to many areas within London.

While the apartment itself had some positives, there were several issues that impacted our stay. The bed linen on all beds did not appear to be fresh and had a noticeable smell, as if they had already been used. We also found visible hairs on a number of the sheets. One of the wardrobes had live crawling insects on it, and another had a door that was off its hinge, making it difficult to use. There was also a persistent beeping noise coming from the water boiler that we were unable to turn off. Additionally, clearer and more detailed information prearrival from the host regarding the location and access would have been appreciated.
