Breakfast was good. There was a good variety presented, the hosts were helpful and the environment was pleasant. Seating was good both indoor and outdoor and comfortable.

I think the hours to use the laundry service as I got home quite late most days doing laundry at the prescribed times was not possible. But overall, this was a really good experience nothing negative.

Charming building, great location, lovely staff.

The decor and interior were beautiful. It had a lovely relaxed friendly atmosphere.

Due to it being a period property, there was no air conditioning. We stayed on a warm evening, the room was very hot. I would certainly stay there again, in cooler weather.

Location was excellent. A few minutes walk from Belsize tube station. Dog friendly. Plenty coffee pods. Little kitchenette. It was nice and quiet.

Unfortunately, the breakfast was extremely disappointing and lacked variety. The selection was very basic, consisting of bread, butter, jam, granola, yoghurt and fruit, with no substantial protein options whatsoever. Even something as simple as boiled eggs would have made a difference. I would have expected a more balanced selection, including porridge, eggs, ham, cheese, cured meats and a few freshly baked items. For me, the breakfast deserves zero stars. The room was also incredibly small. While it might be adequate for one person staying for a single night, it would be far too cramped for a couple, particularly if travelling with a pet. What disappointed me further was the lack of flexibility and hospitality. I requested just one additional hour for a late checkout, and despite the hotel appearing to have plenty of vacant rooms, I was told it would cost £25 per hour. I found this unnecessarily rigid and rather unaccommodating, especially for such a modest request and travelling with a pet. Overall, the experience fell short of expectations. A little more attention to breakfast quality, room comfort and guest satisfaction would go a long way. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t be inclined to stay here again.
