Our stay here was absolutely wonderful. Our kids were comfortable, and we had enough space for everyone, and then some. Even some unexpected space in the mews lane for some soccer, tennis, and basketball for the kids. Even during a blistering summer heat wave, we were comfortable with fans throughout the house. We felt welcomed and enjoyed every minute of our space.

Very comfortable house with enough space for four grown-ups. Spotlessly clean with a very well equipped kitchen. M&S Food Hall within walking distance :-) Close to Hampstead Heath and a few nice pubs. Hampstead Theatre also walkable if you're a good walker. Big thank you to Kelly who looked after us very well!
We arrived in the middle of a heat wave so ventilation was a bit of an issue for the first 24 hours until we'd figured out how to go about it. There are enough fans, we just had to find out where to place them for maximum effect ;-)

We arrived for a family vacation, and the house was absolutely perfect for us. The neighborhood is charming and quiet, just a short walk from the main train station. Everything was spotless and beautifully arranged when we arrived, and we were welcomed with thoughtful treats like a full fruit bowl and delicious chocolates.
We loved the bathroom amenities — the Palmolive products were a great touch. The heating worked perfectly, and the service was genuinely exceptional. Anything we needed was handled quickly, warmly, and with great care.
We would return to this home in a heartbeat and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful stay!
P.S. The place actually looks even better in person than in the photos — a wonderful surprise.
There were only two small things — the first is that there isn’t a bathroom on the ground floor, and the second is the Wi-Fi speed. Both are easy to manage and certainly not deal-breakers, and aside from that everything was truly perfect.
