We arrived for a family vacation, and the house was absolutely perfect for us. The neighborhood is charming and quiet, just a short walk from the main train station. Everything was spotless and beautifully arranged when we arrived, and we were welcomed with thoughtful treats like a full fruit bowl and delicious chocolates. We loved the bathroom amenities — the Palmolive products were a great touch. The heating worked perfectly, and the service was genuinely exceptional. Anything we needed was handled quickly, warmly, and with great care. We would return to this home in a heartbeat and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful stay! P.S. The place actually looks even better in person than in the photos — a wonderful surprise.
There were only two small things — the first is that there isn’t a bathroom on the ground floor, and the second is the Wi-Fi speed. Both are easy to manage and certainly not deal-breakers, and aside from that everything was truly perfect.

Perfect location - We always like Hampstead and stay there every time we visit London. This house situates in a perfect location, close to both Hampstead and Belsize Park. The house has everything you need when you travel. Superb attention to detail to make sure you have everything you need. Ron is a super host!

Excellent location! Cute modern mews, spacious, quiet, comfortable and clean.
Parking permit cards were extra, which we were not expecting.
