Stylish 3-Bedroom Flat in Belsize Park Perfect for Families Business Trips!

The flat was perfectly situated with three minute's walk to the tube station Belsize Park and good correspondence from there. It was a spacious and beautiful flat with comfortable beds in a quiet residential area. The furniture and equipment mostly looked new, clean and fresh, although see negatives. Communication with the hosts was very good, they replied to all our enquiries promptly. We would definitely go there again and recommend the place to others.

There were some minor issues: There was a plentitude of towels for our disposal, but they didn't look clean and were still wet - maybe they had been washed, but at a too low temperature. The cutlery was not all clean, nor was the dining room table. The shower needed repair and was haphazardly patched together, but was perfectly functional. The small toilet lacked soap (no problem), but more essentially, a towel, and even more essentially, a place to hang the towel. We made a solution for our stay but this should be fixed for later guests.

Everything was good but there could be a more wardrobes. There was only one in one bedroom and inside was really wet washing and even though we tried to air the room it did started to smell in two days and also because it was the only wardrobe we didnt have space to put our clothes in.

The apartment was charming and the stay was wonderful. We received a response when needed from the owner of the apartment and we would be happy to stay in the apartment in the future.

Clean and comfy beds and in an excellent location. The hosts were very responsive with my request for an extra key.

Zero storage space (wet towels and sheets were hanging in the one and only cupboard) so nowhere to place or hang any clothes. Parts of the flat were quite shabby, like the toilet seat (loose and doesn’t fit the toilet) and the shower was wobbly and held on with tape (though had great water pressure). The outside staircase is quite worn and had neighbour’s rubbish/equipment piled right outside the front door.
