The location is fabulous. Walk to shops and restaurants in coal drops yard and to King’s Cross/ St Pancras. Nicely furnished.
One of the bedrooms had no bedside light or mirror. The apartment wasn’t particularly clean, dust under the beds, toilet not cleaned very well. Not enough toilet paper or shower gel. No in room information to find out how to use the Wi-Fi or the air conditioning. It was cool, so we just needed a bit of heat. Had the fans going all night disturbed our sleep. All so easily solved. £600 a night? Come on, do better.

The only improvement, would be larger bath towels...they were a bit small!

Great location, great view, gym and executive lounge were great. Spacious, light, clean.
A few improvements could be made: Dish washer tablets were not provided so ended up washing by hand during our short stay. Some light fittings did not work. Shower screen in ensuite leaky - puddles on floor No WiFi instructions (we had to message the property). Towels were a bit small. Cleaner came into flat early on checkout day. They apologised and waited. Only one full length mirror. Lots of blank white walls - bit cold

NO CUPS, couldn’t COOK on INDUCTION stove top as WRONG Pots & Pans provided Bedside table collapsed when Paper cup put on top Kettle lid had to be held when boiling water Shower screen leaked as wasn’t aligned with the bath
