A gorgeous clean and bright apartment in a great location close to King’s Cross.

The staff could have been a little warmer and friendlier.

Great location and very modern flat. Thank goodness for AC as there was a heatwave.

The beds were low quality and small. A much larger bed would have been nice in master bedroom. There is plenty of space for it. Also the mattress was very poor quality . Can feel the springs poking my back at night.

We found this modern apartment suited our needs perfectly! It was clean, the beds were comfortable, the air conditioning was bliss during the heatwave & it has great water pressure so fabulous shower & a bath! It is a good 10 minute walk to the actual station but close to the Coal Drops Yard. The balcony was lovely later in the evening after the day cooled down.

A minor thing was the toilet in one of the bathrooms stopped working, reported to the front desk however no sign of the handyman before we left. The lighting in the bathrooms was a bit dim & hard to put on make up.

The location is great and one can walk 5 mins and be at St. Pancras and everything nearby. The apartment itself is pretty modern and has balconies which are a good bonus. There is a kitchen , refrigerator , washer, dryer and dishwasher which is also very useful when one is out and about in London for 5 days . The maintenance contact was responsive but not always accommodating of the requests. Nice reception area with books to read and a foosball table.

The beds were not very comfortable, especially the master bedroom bed was pretty flimsy and gave me back issues. They should invest in a solid bed to ensure guests have a good sleep. In addition, the first day I lifted the covers and saw bad stains on the mattress , I reported to them with pics but they did not plan on replacing it. I can understand that its not something they could have done in a single day but we stayed for 5 days and from their response it doesnt look like they intent to. The kind of stains in there , someone is going to get sick someday and then they may consider doing it. Its just not hygienic. I do understand that the stain might have been caused by some kid bedwetting from an earlier stay but thats part of housekeeping to check on that and maybe charge that guest for it. It should not be the future guests who suffer through it. Lastly, this is not a issue with the unit itself but the apartment - one night when we got back around 10 pm, there was a mouse running around in the reception area. This spooked us out about the general condition of the place, although the apartment looks very new. The apartment contact and the reception folks are not really connected, it would be good to mention this to the guests as we contacted the reception for many things the first day only to realize they have nothing to do with the apartment other than giving you the keys.
