Clean, safe building, excellent communication by the host , they provided A/C during hot weather. I recommend it if it is ok to be far from center . Overall very good stay

Well set up for families with kids (high chair and crib provided, dishwasher and laundry, blackout curtains). Two good sized bedrooms. Kitchen well stocked - made breakfast at home everyday. Very quiet backing up the canal. Staff very responsive to messages. Powerful fans and a portable AC unit which was a blessing given the heat!
A good 10-15 minute walk from tube stations. No grocery in easy reach but delivery was easy enough.

The apartment is really nice and comfortable. The amenities are great and the staff were friendly.
Issues with water system, washing machine, and heater. There should be a 24/7 maintenance team because waiting to wait for them until the next day when it is something necessary can be very inconvenient. When you get in the building, the area is very nasty and dark.
