Clean and well appointed. Excellent combination wash/dry machine. Not air conditioned but fans provided. Responsive agent.
Several maintenance issues present.
2 separate access codes can be a drag.
Front door lock delay slightly daunting
Noise from neighbouring freight operator and construction site.

Rooms very neat and clean and comfortable. King size bed and comfortable beds. Bathroom was fine. Kitchen had all necessary Appliances.For future tenants this property is about 25 minutes walk from King Cross station. Uber would cost about $12 early morning but can be as high as $24 around 9 am office time.
We would have enjoyed our stay more if a portable AC was provided as it was exceptionally hot mostly 95 F during our stay of 5 nights in June and we only had the AC for the last night. I feel the management of the property could have made this available right before our check in as the high temperatures were widely forecasted.

The apartment is really nice and comfortable. The amenities are great and the staff were friendly.
Issues with water system, washing machine, and heater. There should be a 24/7 maintenance team because waiting to wait for them until the next day when it is something necessary can be very inconvenient. When you get in the building, the area is very nasty and dark.
