Rooms are underground! No windows exist to allow for air to flow… gets too hot and need fresh air

I am conflicted about our experience at this property. There were things done exceptionally well but overall, I was left with the feeling that there was lots of potential that wasn't quite achieved. The apartment is relatively well-outfitted and the design is quite chic. The location is amazing and very convenient to everything you could want. The furniture and beds are comfortable and it's great to have the combo washer/dryer in the unit for taking care of laundry and the kitchen has most of what you'd want to prepare simple meals. However, there is an attention to detail that I found a bit disappointing.

The apartment bathrooms, bedrooms, and furniture were clean but the floors were extremely dirty when we arrived and clearly hadn't been properly mopped for some time. We also knew that it was going to be extremely hot in London during our visit and that the apartments are not equipped with air conditioning. I was traveling with my elderly parents and contacted the team multiple days in advance to ensure that there would be sufficient fans provided to help keep the apartment cool. They assured me that there would be. Upon arrival, we found one proper powerful fan and two cheap plastic tower fans that were basically useless. It was over 33 degrees inside the apartment when we arrived and the electric towel heaters in both bathrooms were boiling hot and contributing to the heat. It was a two-day struggle involving lots of uncomfortable communication and disappointment in order to arrive at an acceptable resolution to deal with the heat. Lorna from the office was great at eventually helping us get what we needed but it wasn't a pleasant experience getting to that point. There are other easy things that would make this a better experience. There was a huge balcony on our apartment but no seating or table out there to let you enjoy the space. In the smaller bathroom, there is no mirror provided above the sink but there's one behind you, so you are constantly turning back and forth. Providing more bath towels and tea towels for longer stays would also make a nice impression.

it was advertised as having a balcony which was untrue-it had a communal walkway to other flats.There was also a very large skylight in the bedroom covered by card which was stuck on and then fell off
