The property was ideally placed for my purposes and just a one bus ride into the centre of London. The property was clean with good facilities and well priced. Whilst not face-to-face communication with property staff was fast and efficient. I will definitely use it again.

Great accommodation for larger groups , clean and well presented. Excellent communication, check in process very smooth, no need for a key as entry is all coded. Well equipped, few supplies left for tea and coffee (no milk) plenty of cleaning supplies. Spacious kitchen area but no lounge/sofa area to relax. Great location, shops short walk away.
"Towels" provided were unacceptable disposable sheets and only one provided per room for 2 nights, however reached out and immediately a member of staff came to replace with proper towels for each guest. Superb customer service.
