We had a great stay here and would definitely recommend it to others, especially families or groups. It’s a spacious unit with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one with a bath/shower combo, another with a standing shower), located in a quiet and modern building. It looks exactly as the photos in the listing, and all appliances are in perfect condition. The apartment has climate control and each room has its own thermostat. They did provide laundry detergent, shampoo and shower gel but it would be best to bring your own especially for a long stay. The location is excellent, the apartment is located next to two Tube stations (White City on the Central line and Wood Lane on the Hammersmith & City Line). It’s also right next to Westfield London and within walking distance to Shepherds Bush Market. There’s an Asian supermarket within the apartment complex and a Sainsburys Local will open soon. Communication with the hosts was easy, they were very responsive and helpful. I had an issue with the key fob at one point and they sorted it out pretty much immediately without impacting our stay. As mentioned in other reviews, you need to collect the keys from a specified location before checking in. However, the hosts informed me of the location in advance and I didn’t find the pick-up/drop-off process inconvenient at all.

Everything I needed was provided and well-organized. The location was absolutely perfect. I'd definitely love to stay here again the next time I visit London!
