Everything I needed was provided and well-organized. The location was absolutely perfect. I'd definitely love to stay here again the next time I visit London!

Location is superb as it’s a walking distance from Westfield and white city bus/train station. Flat is spacious, clean and luxurious. Beds are comfortable. All necessities you need for your stay are provided.
The key lock was a bit far from the building and a bit confusing to find, but the video the owner sent was very helpful. Also, there was not enough toilet paper or large trash bags. Other than that, everything else was just perfect :)

Getting the keys was difficult. The host sent a video showing how to get to the lockbox, but not being from the area, I wasn't sure what I was looking at. So when I tried to rewatch the video, I couldn't. It would only allow 1 view. Luckily, we ran into the cleaner as she was leaving the building and she was able to give us her key to get in.
The bed in the master bedroom was described as a King size (I think), and it was more like a Queen size. And the pillows were very uncomfortable. We also got ticketed for parking on the road just to unload our bags and deal with the key situation.

地點位置極佳，出行很方便，幾分鐘可到達大型商場及車站。取鎖匙地點有點奇怪，在停泊單車處取，但距離住宿位置非常近，方便交還。
住宿在高尚住宅區，感覺非常安全！但有1，2次外出時都發現一些奇怪景象，有穿著睡衣的人在住宅區內走動！
