The location was excellent, conveniently situated between Hammersmith Station (about a 12-minute walk) and Shepherd’s Bush Station (about a 7-minute walk). Communication was also very good—the landlord/agent responded quickly whenever I had any issues or questions.
When we first arrived, the cleaner had placed a large number of towels and bedsheets in the dryer, which left the room smelling damp. I mentioned this to the agent, and he acknowledged the issue. The shower tap was also difficult to adjust, making it challenging to get a comfortable water temperature. Since we visited during the summer, the room felt quite hot and dry, and the small fan provided was not very effective.

Its a lovely flat in a great and very central location but in a quiet street. I could hear neighbours moving around but this wasn't disturbing. Great shops and restaurants nearby. Convenient for Shepards Bush and Hammersmith with all the things you need for a stay, in a very interesting area of London and convenient for most tourist and business activities.
Plumbing. The temperature control know for the shower didn't work so we could only have scalding hot showers. The tap in the kitchen was wonky. The key to open the apartment door was also difficult to use and we did wonder about the relatively poor internal security, with no door chain, peep hole or latch. Some quite simple things that were mildly annoying but overall this is a lovely flat and good value for money
