Wie auf Bildern, Ausstattung, Bad und Dusche sehr gut, Spülmaschine, genug Betten, Wachmaschine + Trockner, Tabs vorhanden, Samsung Fernseher mit Netflix und Co (eigener Account), gute Anbindung auch zu LHR, Lidl 15 min zu Fuß, USB Anschlüsse,
Warum nur 7 Punkte? Sehr hellhörig und knarzende Böden (Altbau) Ruhige Straße aber Fenster im Wohnzimmer (w Z) nicht dicht. Zu Hammersmith zieht es sich bisl mit gefühlten 1,2 km Betten: Schlafcouchen im WZ ok für Kids, Betten in SZ sehr weich und nur 1,40. kaum abgedunkelt durch Innenrollos. Tipps an Vermieter und Mieter: Neue Betten in SZ (mind 1,60) Bessere Verdunkelung Kleinigkeiten: Licht bei Abzugshaube kaputt und Plastikschneidbretter fehlen. Mehr Gläser in Glas. —> Ohropax und Schlafbrille nicht vergessen

The property was vey clean in a great area. The outdoor area was a real bonus and we enjoyed sitting out there in the sunshine. The property provided little extras like shower gel, shampoo and conditioner which was an added bonus.
The floor boards were a little creaky but that is something that I am sure couldn’t be helped. Other than that there was nothing.

Emplacement. Tube facile d accès
Propreté et entretien. L appartement aurait besoin d’un peu plus d’amour. Murs remplis de traces de doigts. Moisissures sur certains joints de douche. Moisissure dans la laveuse etc… malgré tout la literie etait propre et la douche et la cuisine également
