Mohsen was an amazing host, the apartment was beautiful and exceptionally clean. The appliances are brand new, you have everything you need included, even the fridge was stocked with ice in the freezer!. He did his best to make our stay comfortable during the extreme heat wave with providing two different fans (didn't help much but it wasn't his fault, the heat was insane). The apartment is right next to a beautiful park and a mall, as well as lots of restaurants and a couple great pubs. It was super easy to access the central line.

The location of the property is good. The bed was comfortable. The patio/garden was enjoyable.
The couch was very uncomfortable, torturous to sleep on. Although the shower was nice, the toilet was very cramped. You cannot sit without hitting your knees on the sink. There is no A/C. The laminate floors were cracking very badly and need replacing.

The location was excellent & on a really love street. The cleanliness was noticeably great (smelt fresh) Everything you could possibly need was in the room. Not having a physical key is the ultimate game changer and much appreciated. Yes the room was slightly small but SUCH A COMFORTABLE BED! The bathroom was actual perfect and smelt fresh! I will be staying again for sure. Mohsen was communicative, kind and friendly. He saved us from a dodgy landlord and elevated our London stay so thanks again.
Wished we had stayed at this property our whole stay!

Good location with plenty of shops and amenities nearby. The agent was responsive and replied quickly to messages.
The listing was misleading – the “King Studio” referred only to the bed size, not an actual studio room, which was disappointing. There was no in-person reception, and I was initially given the wrong PIN and room number, which meant I spent time trying to access the wrong room. This could have been uncomfortable if the room had been occupied. I also arrived late (as communicated in advance), so having no alternative room available made things more difficult.
