The location is perfect. The apartment is close to several subway station like white city, sheppard bush market and wood lane. It is also close to sheppard bush train station so it is easy to go to hp studio and easrborne. The room is clean and overall quiet. The stuff always responded to your request quickly.
Although the room is overall quiet, the wall is a bit thin so you can hear someone mumbling next door. Besides, the subway was passing by from time to time. As a result, a pair of earplug is necessary if you are sensitive to sound just like me. The laundry set is slow and time consuming, be sure to plan ahead if you want to use them. The toilet papers and garbage bags are near the launde set if you want more. And if you want to throw the garbage, please note that the green bin is recycle and black is general.

Host was really communicative and helpful - great location near Hammersmith Park, and very convenient for White City. Thoughtful touches - fridge, fans, hairdryer, shampoo etc.
The noise was horrendous. The people upstairs sounded like they were dragging bodies around the floor until 1am, and the people downstairs had a 3am party on the patio right under my window! (Well, it wasn't a party, it was a conversation and some very strong smelling food, but it was enough to keep me awake most of the night). Room was much smaller than the adverts!
