It was beautiful and clean. The kitchen was a nice surprise. It was fully functional and beautiful with top line appliances.
It would have been nice to have an on-suite bathroom, but it was just outside the door and it was for our room only.

Good location in a nice and quiet area. The bed was very comfortable (except for the pillows), spacious bathroom. Check in instructions were clear and easy to follow.
The towels had black marks on them and didn't seem well washed. Additionally, there were not enough towels, only two big ones for the shower and no smaller ones. The carpet was not clean and had stains all over it. We only stayed for one night, but had we had to stay longer in London, we would have changed hotels.
