The location was excellent. Parking was easy. The apartment facilities were basic but adequate.
The property requires some updating. Mattresses and bedding need replacing and a there was a strong smell of damp in the bedrooms at night. I spotted sings of damp in bedrooms.

What a fantastic view of the bay, it was great to sit back and watch the tide come in, bringing an array of wildlife
