The apartment is in a great location with safe parking, and the host is responsive - both big pluses.

The biggest problem was the heat. With outside temperatures reaching 35°C, the bedroom on the main floor was almost unbearably warm - the AC unit there was brand new and not yet operational, which the host confirmed after we arrived. We barely slept. The living room AC was working, but still struggled to cool the space adequately. A few other things worth flagging: the main floor bathroom had only a single light, leaving both the shower and toilet area quite dim. The glass table in the living room also had some internal cracking near the edges, leaving the outer rim slightly sharp in places - not shattered, but enough to be a concern with a small child around. For a group of friends who don't mind the heat or can visit in cooler months, the location and parking make it a decent option.

The location was great for what we needed close to public transportation, and to where my son was staying for his semester abroad. I also enjoyed having extra living space with the downstairs and an upstairs. The courtyard was beautiful too.

There was nothing I didn’t like about the property. There was some noise from upstairs towards the end of our stay, but earlier in the week we heard nothing. The light switches were a little hard to figure out, just a lot to choose from. The number of turns that you lock the door with the key when leaving is the same number of turns you use to unlock it with when you unlock it. You could either lock it once twice or three times(assuming there are 3 different locks that triple bolt the door) we had just never seen that before- eventually we got it.

Техника не работала ( холодильник неисправен, посудомоечная машина протекала) и в квартире было невероятно холодно / не работала не одна батарея - 2 дня в квартире было 15 градусов!
