Quirky large apartment built into the fourth floor roof space. Old wooden beams. Unusual but pleasant layout.

Muy lindo el departamento, bien iluminado y con muchos utensilios de cocina. La ubicación excelente, barrio histórico a 20 minutos caminando del Duomo. Buen sector y cerca del metro.
Muchas escaleras, el piso es el 4° y la construcción es bastante vertical, con escaleras estrechas dificultando subir con maletas o para personas mayores. Cómo es un ático, habían espacios con altura menor y había que acostumbrarse para no pegarse en la cabeza, asimismo habían peldaños dentro del departamento, para ir al baño y a una habitación. Pero en general todo bien, fueron dificultades menores considerando las ventajas de la ubicación y precio.

Die Lage ist sehr gut die Wohnung bietet eigentlich alles was man braucht.
Leider fehlt in der Beschreibung das die Wohnung im 4 Stock. Liegt und mit 2 Kleinen Kinder wäre es gut gewesen wenn man sowas vorher weiß. Wir hatten in der Wohnung leider sehr viele Mücken
