Big rooms. All queries promptly answered. Radiators were not working but they sent a man to fix the boiler promptly.
Steep stairs may put some people off but there is a downstairs bedroom and bathroom.

We were working just round the corner so the location couldn’t have been any better. The property was very spacious. The lads liked the fact they had all a room each

It was large.
The bathrooms were poor. The toilets were particularly low and the shower cubicle small. We were a party of 4 men none of which you would say are particularly overweight but the downstairs shower was very small and if the upstairs shower was being used it was unusable as no water pressure and the temperature varied from freezing to that hot it burnt you continually.
Also the staircase would be too steep for anyone with even the slightest mobility problem.
