It has two bedrooms, the kitchen was nice and clean. two toilet bowls.

First the owner never said there will be renovation in the building if so i would choice another places. 08:15 they was drilling in walls behind my bed. also on tuesday it was 08:00. bathroom sink clogged i wrote the owner never reply about that only said there was water leaking down to the next apt, and Plummer was being escorted in our apt to see if it was coming from our apt. but the Plummer never fix’s the sink which the water would not go down. The bath with the tub and shower was a mess, if you are a Midget it ok but if you are not you have to sit to take a shower. plus the exhaust fan was useless. Rust build up between tub and shower Glass at the bottom of the shower door. Cool box door was broken that at the bottom but you have a freezer above which could be better. apt 12 is at the top. You can only see it when you leave out of lift completely. You only get one set of keys. but they tell you to drop them off where you picked up the keys but they close at 10 or 23:00 hrs that friday but stayed open until 02:00 during carnival. I was pissed when i contacted the owner about the sink in one of the bathrooms but never did any thing. for 1,519.50 it could be much better.
