Convenient situation for a weekend visit to a festival in Hyde Park.
We were on the lower ground floor under the entrance hall and you could hear people coming and going and walking overhead all night. It was a basic decent room for an overnight stay though and would use again.

Great room with kitchenette. Great location and good value for money.
It was clean. It could be a bit cleaner but for the value for money it was great. Main 24/7 reception in a different location down the road. But staff very helpful and nice.

I stayed at the property twice, booking the second stay prior to experiencing the property.
The first time I was put into room 1A which is directly below the entry to the building. The room was noisy all night as people came and went. Access to the room was via a narrow staircase without a hand rail. To their credit they sent a staff member to get my bag up the stairs.
The second time I was on the second floor. On getting out of the lift I found I needed to get my bag up stairs to get to the room. At least there was a handrail.
