Great location, short walk from underground stations, shops, restaurants and Hyde Park.
Staff were helpful. Apartment was clean and comfortable.
The lift doesn’t go to all floors so you have to walk and carry luggage up last flight.
Have to collect and drop off keys at main hotel further down the road.

The location was really great, central to catch the tube, hire bikes, or catch the bus. We liked this spot as a base to discover London.
We had a basement 1 bedroom apartment and our kids slept on a sofa bed. It was small and tired but did the trick.
The bed was a double so very small and had a terrible lean into the middle so sleeping wasn’t great.
