Fantastic location of the property - near stores, cafés, restaurants, underground stations and parks. Lovely staff.
You could tell that some of the appliances were older and quite used (kitchen counter, cabinets, shower,...). The floor might have needed a bit more mopping.

The location is excellent for easy travel, and the staff is very helpful and courteous.
They provides towels only for the shower, for face/ hands, you need to ask explicity, and they are given immediately after. It would be better if this was clearer from the start to avoid inconvenience.

Good location close to tubes buses and local amenities in Queensway. Adequate sized room with small shower/wc room
Access corridor and stairs were low quality with dirty worn carpets, giving a very bad first impression.
