A bit small but good for one/two night stay Kitchen not well equipped

Location is ideal as there are two tube stations very close by so easy to get around London. A short walk to Kensington Gardens where I went swimming in the Serpentine Lido and a visit around Kensington Place made it an ideal location as well as getting into London for a show on the tube. Comfy soft bed, shower was excellent, hot water, a little bottle of complimentary shampoo/body gel, soap in bathroom, washing up liquid and sponge and tea towel provided Microwave and induction 2 ring hob and fridge and a little table so we had our own breakfast Facilities in the kitchen couple of teabags and coffee and sugar also provided in little sachets. The keys were easy to pick up from the instructions and staff at reception were really friendly and helpful. We asked for an extra bowl and some extra teabags as there was only one of each ( oh and a fork ) and they were all provided Shops and restaurants were just round the corner. We have stayed in this area before so we knew where everything was which made this a good location for our stay.

There were some works going on outside with scaffolding so when we came back to watch some tennis we couldn't hear the commentary as the noise was too loud As we were at the front basement you could hear people going along the street above you but it wasn't loud but if you are a light sleeper you could be disturbed.

The property was good location. Quite small , more suitable for one person regarding sleeping arrangements as only has a double bed .

The bedroom was really small and only has a double bed.

Very basic, a little tatty Air con disconnected so very hot! No milk Shelf in bedroom dangerously situated - liable to hit yourself on it during the night Balcony lovely if it was kept clean and useable
