Amazing location , super comfortable, cute and clean flat
The staff was helpful
If I have to say something , we asked for leave our backpack just for few extra hours after check out and they said no because was an apartment and they weren’t organised
But now even the apartment try to help you in those case but we had to pay a place for keep our stuff and you know, london and the flat were already expensive

Great location, very close to Hyde park and Kensington park. Close to public transport. Clean and perfect condition would book again.
No Air-conditioning is the only fault really. Which was definitely needed especially during a heatwave. Thankfully a fan was provided in the room.

The location of the property was excellent, near two tube stations and near Queensway with lots of shops and restaurants.
And Hyde park was nearby too.
The apartment was ultra clean and had all we needed for a weekend stay.
And the staff were very friendly.
Our apartment was on the 4th floor and the stairs going up to it carrying suitcases was awful.
We had to take a break half way up. And anytime when we were going back was the same.
The place needs a lift, for sure.

Location was good. Good coffee capsules. Lovely shower.
Hottest day in London and it was so hot on the fourth floor - did have a fan but that just blew hot air around. Need to consider an air conditioning unit. Bed a small double. Telly didn’t work on any channels - thankfully could use Netflix.
