Great location
Some beds uncomfotable Process to drop off keys difficult. We almost missed our flight waiting for the shop to open to return keys

It was great to have so much room, two bathrooms and a large lounge area . The four of us were very comfortable . The location with all the conveniences we need walking distance was great . We felt safe , and Manoj at front desk was so lovely and helpful .
The front area needs a bit of TLC . But then you go into a new apartment which was great .

Quiet Location close to Kensington Gardens Apartment size with good kitchen
Bed mattress uncomfortable Sofa beds broken and not fit for sleeping, (they require replacing) Ensuite fan works only intermittently Window in lounge can’t stay open Dryer faulty and unable to use Couldn’t use safe
