Excellent location, friendly and helpful front desk/ porter
Cleaning crew could have done a better job and going up 8 floors daily without a lift was painful.. hopefully the lift’s fixed now

Location was spot on, facilities were clean and adequate. Cooking utensils/ washing machine provided was good.
Lift brokedown. Had to go up the 8th floor by stairs. Imagine climbing 8 floors daily 2-3 times / day at least with a toddler and kids.

Highly recommended for families. Location is fantastic, close to convenient stores, bus stop and metro. Host was also very responsive. Kitchen and dining stuff were provided. We love the complimentary coffee and sugar!
Elevator was on repair during our stay which was a bit challenging especially after a day of walking around London. Regardless, it was a fantastic stay!

Amazing location, good sized flat with comfortable living space for a large group.
Front desk staff was so kind and helpful.
We had a significant issue with the heat in the flat where it couldn’t be turned off and the flat was uncomfortably hot. When discussing with customer support at least 5 different conversations were initiated with different agents with different instructions provided to resolve the issue. One of the sets of instructions resulted in us being out of hot water for a day. They did send an engineer the next day and the issue was resolved.
In addition to the above issue, we noted the following with the flat:
- Space was quite dusty.
- no space to store clothes (no luggage rack)
- no dish cloths or tea towels
- not enough bath towels
