Amazing location! Extremely clean and the bedding was very comfortable. We reached out with questions about the central heating, as we visited during the tail end of winter, and received quick responses on how to resolve this. There were also a few nice extra amenities, such as water, milk, teas, and chocolate - all of which were much appreciated! Overall, this is a place I’d be keen to visit again on my next trip to London. P.S, a minor bonus that was very appreciated was the hair tools and large full length mirror. Not a necessity but definitely a plus!
