Super bien , muy limpio todo .Asistencia del propietario 10 de 10 .Muy contenta nos proporcionaron un colchón de más muy cómodo y grande .Muy atento en todo muy servicial nos subió las maletas y nos trajo todo .

Not only were we met at the flat, but we had help with our luggage (the lift was out that day and my partner was struggling with the cold/flu). We could not have had a more gracious and helpful reception.

Location was amazing. Some nice restaurants and coffee shops close by. Plus walking distance to Portobello Road amd Hyde park. The apartment was lovely and felt like a home from home for the two nights we were there

Nothing. The lift for the building wasn't working. But honestly, it didn't effect the stay at all as it was only a couple of sets of stairs to the floor we wanted.

Par quoi commencer... - La communication sans émotion avec les personnes qui vous accueille. On ne se sent pas bienvenue. - la fenetre plein pied impossible de fermer. On ne se sent pas en sécurité et on entend tout dehors. Et le soir je dormais avec un pull pour ne pas attraper froid. Interpellé, le contact pense qu'elle est fermé avec un cale pied... - le materiel dans l'appartement qui est mal entretenu. J'ai du débouché la douche le soir même. Le four est cassé. J'ai du fouiller partout pour trouver un briquet pour allumer le gaz des plaques. - des draps lavés mais tachés de partout.
