Nebula Hyde Park Apartments by KeyHol Living

The location was fantastic, lots of coffee shops and supermarkets nearby, plus walkable to Kensington Gardens! We went during the British heatwave, there was no aircon but they did provide us with industrial level fans which worked well.

We booked the studio apartment expecting certain features listed in the description, and although there were some discrepancies on arrival, the hosts were responsive and took steps to address the issues we raised. Our second bed was not set up, and when we contacted them about the bedding, they replied quickly and ensured we had what we needed. They also listened to our concerns about the listing and said they would update the information for future guests.

The location was pretty good, trains and buses stations are within walking distance and so were supermarkets. The room seems to be recently renovated (at least partially) such as the kitchens, the bathroom, etc. the oven and stoves seem to be pretty clean. Cups and plates seem to be new. The dishwasher was quite big and easy to use, the washing machine was good and we were able to make good use of it during our stay. The hot water was working.

Even though the photos gives a good view of the apartment, there are definitely some differences, so maybe a they are somewhat outdated. For one thing, the floor has many scratches, making it difficult to tell whether it is really clean or not. Laundry bags, vacuumed cleaner and moping bucket are not stored in a closet but instead placed under the stairs and next to the sofa bed. The cupboard next to the stove has some dust still, and so were some of the cooking spoons etc. (see the attached photos for details). The fan in the bathroom has very loud noise, and turns on every time the bathroom light is on, and would only turn off some 5 or 10 minutes after the light is turned off. On our 5th night of stay, a handy man came unannounced to assemble the TV table, I wish was I consulted or notified before hand. While the manager later apologized after I complained and that it was with good intention, but nevertheless that was a low point. During the last tonight, London became very hot, reaching 34 or 35 degrees Celsius. Since the apartment has only a single window, we’d have to make use of the huge fan to blow air into the upper floor where the bed is located, it made the heat manageable, but you’d want put air plugs and eye masks on.

Location of the studio apartment is absolutely spot on. You have it close to literally everything, shops, underground, train station. That is a huge plus. Studio is on a smaller side, could say minimalistic, but you'll find in there everything you need for your stay. Sofa bed in the room is well doable for sleeping as well as bed (standard double), the mattress is really nice to sleep on. Flat is super quiet, you'd not even know you're next to busy streets.

There is no air con, however you're provided with two fans. We could not figure out how to use TV (normal TV programmes) , so perhaps some guidelines would be good 😊

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely outstanding stay. This luxury one-bedroom apartment exceeded all expectations. The location is unbeatable, just a short walk from Paddington Station, Hyde Park, and surrounded by fantastic restaurants, cafés, and local amenities. Everything London has to offer feels right at your doorstep. The apartment itself is beautifully designed, spacious, spotless, and finished to a very high standard. It combines comfort and luxury perfectly, making it ideal for both short and longer stays. If you’re looking for a premium London experience in one of the city’s most convenient locations, this is the perfect choice. Highly recommended and I would happily stay here again.
