The location is great - on a quiet street, 3 min to the bus stop, 9 min. from Royal Oak tube and 12 min from Paddington. The area is quiet, you don't even hear the trains brake towards the station. The apartment is clean, spacious enough and full of light and air. It is greatly equipped with a full kitchen, two bladeless fans, comfortable bed and a living room with sofa and dining table. There are spare towels, pillows and bedsheets.
The apartment has only two drawbacks. As much as it's central, is lack of nearby groceries. Additionally, as we visited during the most extreme heat-wave, we missed air-conditioning (notably - according to the description).

Very nice comfortable room that was very clean and in a great location. The host was very responsive and provided plenty of linens and towels for everyone. The unit has a small kitchen which is very practical and also has a washer which is a great plus.
We happened to be there on the hottest days ever recorded in London in the month of May and the unit did not have AC. However, the host provided extra fans which really helped.

Bem localizado, perto da estação de trem e com muitas paragens de ônibus e metrô próximas. Staff atento e comunicativo. Limpo, organizado e com tudo que se é preciso. O sofá cama não é o mais confortável do mundo. Mas é ok para unas 3 ou 4 noites. A cama é muito confortável.
Um pequeno problema no aquecimento, que não nos afetou na drasticamente, mas poderia ter sido crítico. O staff tentou resolver, sem sucesso.

Great location, clean, moveable waterfall shower with fabulous water pressure, very comfy sofa and great consistent internet & WiFi
Could be a little noisy, being very picky now, shower was a little small for me, no microwave (but great oven) and being ultra picky, the bedding wasn’t as soft as it looked but this is being ultra picky and would t stop me from staying again
