Lovely area and the host was super friendly and helpful! The property is only a few minutes’ walk from Bayswater and Queensway stations, with Hyde Park just at the end of the street. The place was spotless and had all the amenities we needed. We requested a late check-out, and Luiza was kind enough to accept free of charge. We would definitely come back!

The flat was very clean and the owner was lovely in her communication
A lot of steep narrow stairs. No proper comfortable seating in the living area. Just a small futon on the floor and backless stools. The bed was hard and uncomfortable and the sheets were of poor quality and so scratchy that it made it difficult to sleep.
