Location is great. Right in front of Bayswater station
Twice, the key to the front door disappeared. Maybe someone just took it and forgotten about it.
One late evening, the front door downstairs was double locked. We had to bang on the door to wake people up. Annoying.
Also, it would be great if the bathroom has a lock.

Great location and overall the place has everything you need for a short stay, host is responsive in case you have troubles during the stay
The place cleanliness was very questionable, we stayed with a toddler and it was hard for us since toddlers are all over the place. Shower tube is almost destroyed, sofa and dining chairs are super dirty. Bedsheets are of low quality. So it has potential but I’d not stay there again and the price was at the level of a very good hotel for us 🥲 Think twice, check for any updates in later reviews first.
