About this apartment rental
The flat is a stones throw from the famous Portobello market. It has its own entrance and a small back garden which opens, with folding doors, right onto the sitting room, ideal for outside dining. It has electric curtains , Sonos speakers and smart lighting throughout, and it has been beautifully decorated and finished.
The flat is lower ground, which means there are about 10 steps down to it, and it has its own private entrance. It uses a keyless entry system so you will never be locked out.
There are large bay windows in the fron which let in lots of natural light, the etrance to the back patio is with folding glass doors which gives lots of light when closed, or opens up to allow for a great indoor / outdoor setting, when the weather is mild.
Carpeted bedrooms and wood floors everywhere else giving the flat a clean and fresh feel.
Seating for 6 at the dining table, 2 can eat at the kitchen island on the stools and there is a table with 4 chairs in the patio for outside dining. The outside garden has pleasant exerior lighting.
The street outside is very quiet as its has limited access to cars due to a one way system designed to deter any through traffic. There is some paid parking nearby, and parking outside the flat is available after 6:30pm in the evening and over the weekends free of charge.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Will's ground floor flat. It is an outstanding location in a vibrant neighborhood very close but still away from Portobello Rd. and easy walking distance to two Tube stations, groceries, and more restaurants than you can count. Very easy Heathrow access. Rich residential neighborhood filled with kids and weekend evening activity - you will hear them! They quieted down at 8pm on weekdays and 10 on weekends.The bright and airy flat features a chef's kitchen with good appliances and sharp knives, a lovely private terrace, quality fixtures, and great lighting.Will was accommodating and kind for our 10 day visit. We cannot imagine a better home base from which to explore London. We feel very fortunate to have discovered this Notting Hill gem and will return as soon as we can.

A beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath flat in London. Furnished comfortably and equipped with everything you need. A lovely private patio to enjoy when the weather permits, complete with sparkling lights. There is a great sound system for listening to your favorite music.Will was very easy to communicate with and helpful. We would definitely stay here again! Also, close to good pubs and groceries for your convenience!enjoy
